Everything is ok but front desk staff can be rude. Very rude honestly. Could be burnout but guests are paying money, why be rude?

My room had roaches abd the tv didn't work

The stage people was so understanding and definitely helped a lot I would stay with them again they were a little in the middle of everything

My stay was nice! It’s an older hotel but the room was clean and didn’t have a weird smell. The first room they put me in, the hot water was not working, I informed the front desk person and they dispatched the hotel technician later to transfer me to another room. Overall I paid $200 3 days for MLK weekend and for that amount, I will have to say it was great! No real complaints outside of the hallway fooors could use some cleaning but go for it! If you need somewhere decent and you’re on a budget. Thanks

I liked the 1 bedroom suite

The hotel did not have accessible access to elevators

No microwave, no elevator, weed smell all over rhe facility,.Overall terrible experience for three star hotel.

Bad area, rough characters in hotel. Hallways smelled heavily with weed. We spilled some water on the rug and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was BLACK! NO!
