Un lugar muy acogedor, la atención de todos los recepcionistas excelente y amables. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la ubicación privilegiada cerca de Trocadero y la Torre Eiffel, así como restaurantes y cafeterías.

ホテルについて　立地は良好と思いました。近くにスーパー・エッフェル塔を毎日見れる位置・駅も近いです。 部屋は狭いですが困らないです。アメニティですが、シャンプー・とボディソープ・ボディーローションはあるのに、コンディショナーがなく、要望しましたがおいてくださらなく残念でした。歯ブラシなど当然なしです。 星4点つけたいですがに大変残念に感じたのが、 宿泊税についてです。チェックアウト後、宿泊税の支払いを請求され、しかもその額日本円で1万円ほどで、これはフランスの宿泊税について知識がなかった私の責任でもありますが、エクスペディア予約時にこのことを、もっと、分かりやすく、チェックアウト時に支払いがあることを表記されていたら。。。と思いました。 私が行った2026年2月中旬は、日本は異常な円安で、毎日の食費も嵩張りました。その上、最後にまた‼なんと!!!と思いました。結構な出費は覚悟していましたがこの宿泊税について、認知度はどれくらいなのでしょう。と思いました。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were always tidy and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were always ready to assist with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the overall experience. I would especially like to thank Ana, who went above and beyond to help me after I accidentally left my AirPods at the hotel. She kindly arranged to have them sent back home to me, which I truly appreciated. Her extra effort and dedication to great service made a lasting impression on me. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

A localização do hotel é excelente, há poucos metros do metrô, da torre, mercado do lado e farmácia na outra quadra, vários restaurantes bem perto, no entanto, a estrutura do quarto não é boa, mto pequeno, o banheiro é grande mas o chuveiro é pessimo, fica gelado do nada e molha o banheiro todo, uns pinguinhos só, horrível

Was amazing the staff was amazing and three minute walk to the metro and has a variety of restaurants at a walking distance the Eiffel Tower was close as well went every night was an amazing place to stay

The hotel is not updated to today’s style, especially the washroom. Front desk staff was nice and willing to help, but the staff behind the front desk were arrogant, not very helpful.

The room was neat & clean, the staff are friendly & helpful, nice & peaceful hotel. Just a walking distance to the iconic landmarks of Paris, with restaurants few steps away, a convenience store and stations for public transpo nearby. Just so happy we booked this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future. Overall, it was a great stay, highly recommended.

Lovely staff and great location!

Firstly, I would like to mention the attentive staff. The daytime desk attendant was nice enough to cancel our dinner reservation after our luggage was left in NY and we did not have on proper attire to attend the restaurant. The next day when we were able to obtain our luggage, we had to leave our room quickly for another reservation and the housekeeper on our floor cleaned our room and made our beds anyway. Then there was Allan! Allan helped us find clothes and toiletries and helped us with recommendations for restaurants and museums. The hotel is small but if you don’t plan to hang in your room as we didn’t, it is perfect for sleeping and showering. The location is perfect for restaurants and not far from quite a few attractions. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Staff - Amazing customer service LOCATION- 20 minutes walk to eiffel Tower. Hotel: pretty Average - one Elevator, small to hold only 2 persons. Heavy foot traffic can have you lining up to use elevator. Get a room on bottom floor. Breakfast for 17 euros NOT worth. All pastries are stale. No warm scrambled eggs or warm sysages all old stale variety! Go to supermarket few doors down. Cheap sandwiches
