Nice to stay but

Central. Clean. Lovely staff. Notable damage throughout to walls, doors etc but we’d definitely stay again.

Very old property , smelly rooms

Convenient location, nice property, nice room. We appreciated the little balcony and the ability to get fresh air.

Clean hotel, breakfast ok and walking distance to bell centre.

Location is great but lack basic facilities No water provided on arrival when asked adv to buy from out side No kettle or tea in the room Breakfast was very basic not worth 5 dollars

Great location in downtown, friendly staff. Room was good size, basic breakfast available. The elevator takes forever to come, needs an upgrade.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. Although the television did not function properly, the washroom light was burnt out, and there was considerable noise from outside during the night, the hotel was otherwise affordable, well-maintained, and offered an excellent breakfast. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is a bit run down and many of the in room appliances don't work like the coffee maker, hair dryer and the hot water takes forever to come on stream.

Great for proximity to the Bell Centre (walking distance). Rooms very basic, paint peeling and alley behind loud at all hours. Front desk staff were nice and efficient. Breakfast was very basic

It was fine

Was in town with my son for UFC315, the hotel was 7 minute walk to BELL Centre. Room was amazingly clean. We were in the middle of everything with amazing food choices in every direction. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The location of this hotel is great but it is poorly maintained and in disrepair. Cleanliness is not at its best; I found hair in my bed and on the chair.

Generally good. Check in late night, only one worker working. Slow . In night, cannot find close to door place to park. Full. But view good, quiet place. Comfortable environment to stay.
