We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station.

the worst room in all my trips. Paid not refundable for 3 nights. After thr first night We booked another hotel and left. should not be allowed to have rooms so small like that. the bed was not big enough for a couple. the bathroom was like 1 meter from the pillow and the door did not close completely. to use the toilet the other guest had to leave the room to give some privacy.

Omg the housekeeping was excellent. Love those folks!!

There is something creating noise (either air conditioner or some plumbing thing) which happens every few minutes. It is impossible to sleep with this. I had my AC turned off but still could hear this noise coming on and off all night.

My third stay at the very excellent Oliver Plaza. Spotlessly clean and wonderfullly decorated with very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently situated near to the tube station in a very pleasant area. I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Oliver Plaza.,!! David.R....Oxford.

Lovely warm room, a little small but had everything we needed. Nice heated floor in bathroom. Very quiet nights sleep. Delicious breakfast with lots of options.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any natural yoghurt available. Breakfast includes districted amount of things but they are good. Tiny room, but its ok for us because we don’t spend time in hotels while travelling, we just get shower, sleep and have breakfast. Good location near the tubestation.

My son and I had a lovely time at the hotel. The ladies looking after the breakfast and cleaning were absolutely lovely and so helpful. They interacted with my son and made sure that I was able to enjoy my breakfast despite a very clingy toddler. I took away one star because it wasn’t as family-friendly as I expected. There was a little warning when I booked but it was still not as I expected. There is a lift inside but none outside. Travelling by myself, it was difficult to manage the buggy, luggage and toddler at the same time. Despite visibly struggling, the people at reception did not try to help and open the door for me. A guest actually helped me. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, the ladies made up for that but I might not return.

Last-minute booking, but the hotel was clean, spacious, and ideally located for dining options, also with easy access to Knightsbridge for shopping/dining. I would happily stay again.

Very clean room and an excellent breakfast!

Comfortable beds, pleasant, helpful staff, good breakfast - everything needed for an enjoyable trip. Would certainly stay here again.
