Hotel well located close to all landmarks

Rooms were beautiful and a good size for Paris central location. We had a connecting room which was great for our family. Rooms very clean hotel is gorgeous, staff were helpful and friendly location is perfect. We were all sad to leave to know that we will definitely be back soon, so much more left to explore in Paris! It’s been the perfect city break!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! I’ve stayed here for so long that I feel like it’s my second home in Paris… Fantastic staff! Everyone goes that extra mile making sure you feel right at home and get exactly what you need…

Frühstück sehr gut. Hier auch richtige Säfte und auch kein Billigfleisch. Das Personal dort war hervorragend. Da in der ersten Suite ein Stromdefefkt war, bekamen wir eine andere Suite. Beide hatten eins gemeinsam. Knarrende Böden und Schleifgeräusche an den Türen, was nachts nicht so der Hammer war. Leider auch Atrappen an den Betttischen und teilweise am Schreibtisch. In der zweiten Suite wurde das Bad nicht warm, der Toilettendeckel ist lose und ist nicht passend zum Toilettenbecken.Leider hat es die Putzfee trotz schriftlichen Hinweis in den Tagen nicht geschafft, das zu zwei Tassen auch 2 Löffel gehören und nicht nur einer. Hellhörig in Bezug auf schließende Türen von anderen Zimmern. Ansonsten ruhig. Es hätte der Geschäftsführung bei den Zimmerpreisen sicherlich nicht weh getan, in den Kaminatrappen Kunstfeuer zu integrieren. Das kostet kein Vermögen im Baumarkt. Deswegen in meinem persönlichen Eindruck 4 Sterne.

Location is amazing and can’t be beat! Stag was friendly and would definitely stay again! Perfect for shopping.

La chambre était impeccable, à part les joints dans la douche. Le personnel était aimable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt copieux mais il manquait des fruits secs et des produits sans lactose. Il m'a fallu réclamer les produits sans gluten mais ils étaient variés. Il faudrait prévoir du gel hydroalcoolique dans la salle du petit déjeuner puisqu'on est obligés de manipuler les mêmes cuillères. C'est dommage que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Le sauna est très petit mais nous y étions seuls.

Une découverte qui méritait d’être faite. Premier séjour au Westminster et très satisfait de cette expérience hôtelière. Chambre correcte pour ce type d’établissement sur Paris. Très bon service et localisation idéale.

Westminster hotel has been my first choice for the last few years - service is always immaculate. Staff always very professional, polite and know how to make you feel special. The location is without doubt a great asset but hotel itself is pure joy every time I stay there.

Staff member walked in at 930pm without knocking. We didn't feel safe for the rest of our stay incase they did this again.
