Friendly staff and very clean place

The property was older and there were renovations going on, however the property/rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was close to our concert and we would stay there again.

Convenient location. Generally clean but a bit noisy as there are often school sports teams who run in the hallway. We have stayed here twice now and the same thing happened both times. Good for families. Breakfast is mediocre. Pancake machine and consistency is weird! But it’s good if you like yoghurt and cereal. Would stay here again for convenience and price.

Der Standort des Hotels ist wirklich gut, das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Man kann sowohl den River Valley Park als auch den Stadtkern Downtowns gut erreichen. Die White Avenue ist auch nicht so weit weg. Das Frühstück war hingegen ziemlich übel. Selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Aber es sind zumindest ein Subway und Tim Hortons in der Nähe. Obendrein funktionierte die Eismaschine nicht.

Not very family-friendly. Although we were traveling with children and had no pets, we were assigned a pet room. The room was located at the very end of the hallway, requiring the longest walking distance, which was inconvenient, especially with kids. The overall experience could have been better if room assignments had taken family needs into consideration.thanks

Nice and close to the airport room was clean . Twin beds are like Lego beds size and shape

I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things.

Property was under renovation, which I understand occurs periodically. Was not notified about this prior to booking the hotel, though. Plastic drop sheets all over the lobby, pool and hot tub were nonfunctional and water was shut off to the hotel from 11 am till 4 PM the day we checked out

Well positioned hotel with amazing staff and great rooms

En rénovation , lit pas près lors de notre arrivée . Pas de matelas sur le divan lit , ensuite matelas atroce. Ça pris 2 nuit pour avoir un matelas correct . Secteur dangereux et malpropre aucune commodité au lobby . Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement

Breakfast was amazing , friendly staff. Bed very comfortable.

Pool closed. Hottub closed. Hotel is complete renovation without making it known. Zero discounts. $25 parking added on. But the worst part was the complete ignorance from the front desk staff. I’ve been to countless hotels and the rudeness received from this place was the most unprofessional I’ve ever witnessed in years and years. Classless. Owner should be embarrassed

The pool was closed, the sink tap leaking, noise unbearable.

The entire reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so that we could relax. We searched specifically for a hotel with a pool and hot tub and found nothing on hotels.com about it being closed for renovations. The lobby when you walk in is under renovation and looks bad.
