Chambre propre, l’hôtel était parfait les pieds dans l'eau. Le prix du buffet au restaurant de l’hôtel est bien trop élevé ! Le service client est à revoir, très déçu de leur part ! En réservant ce séjour étant gold members, j'avais droit à des avantages que j'ai pas eu l'impression d'avoir, parking ... oui et bien comme tous les autres qui séjourne dan cet hôtel, un surclassement si possible, bon en l’occurrence l’hôtel était à priori complet donc pas possible. J'avais le droit à une bouteille dans la chambre que nous avons eu. En plus de cela nous avions le droit "normalement" à 1 verre pour 2 personnes à utiliser lors de notre séjour, on nous à bien gentillement dis de prendre notre verre de bienvenue à coté de l'accueil, chose encore une fois que tous les client peuvent avoir et donc non un privilège GOLD members !! Très déçu Il ne faut pas proposer des avantages s'ils ne sont pas respectés

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Lordos Beach für uns als dreiköpfige Familie! Unsere Tochter ist 3 Jahre alt und hatte durchweg Beschäftigung durch die Poolanlage, den direkten Zugang zum Meer und den Kidsclub. Die Cocktails an der Poolbar waren wirklich herausragend, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, könnte aber noch etwas reichhaltiger sein hinsichtlich des Angebots an gesunden Zutaten (z.B. fettarmer Joghurt (Skyr), größere Obstauswahl, Haferflocken, Vollkornbrot etc.). Im Rahmen der Vollpension war das Mittagessen leider wenig vielfältig und für Kinder gar mangelhaft. Einfaches Essen für Kinder wie Pommes, Burger oder Nuggets haben wir in der Folge kostenpflichtig nachbestellen müssen. Das Abendessen war hingegen reichhaltig und bot tägliche Abwechslung. Auch qualitativ fanden wir die abendlichen Speisen gut. Definitv zu bemängeln sind leider die Zimmer (Superior-Zimmer, eingeschränkter Meerblick). Diese sind nicht nur äußerst klein sondern zudem auch noch enorm hellhörig. Insbesondere jene in Fahrstuhlnähe. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir nachts ausschalten weil sie schlichtweg zu laut war. Außerdem wäre es schön gewesen tagsüber mehr Animation am Pool zu haben. Hier wurde einmal in der Woche ein Aqua Sportkurs angeboten. Gerne mehr davon :)! Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt trotzdem gut gefallen, da unser Kind Spaß hatte und somit die Eltern auch grundsätzlich entspannt sind :).

Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a aucun sens du service. Aucun je le répète. C’est comme ci ils avaient mis en place les outils mais ne savent pas comment les utiliser. De nombreuses personnes qui y travaillent mais peu sont agréables c’était très inconfortable tout le séjour tellement que je pense on est forcé d’y faire abstraction ! Et l’on a remarqué que ça s’étant au Pays tout court. Un grand sourire dès le « Hello » et des que l’on fini sa phrase et que l’on tourne le dos on a le droit à un commentaire en leur langue. C’était ça tout le temps, et dès notre arrivée. On était partis pour faire des activités extérieures mais on a tout simplement annuler. Un point positif, la plage est excellemment agréable et chaude mais sale, pas entretenue. On nageait avec du plastique etc (..) et malheureusement on a pas fait la piscine trop petite mais KIDS friendly <3

This is our third time starting at this hotel . As usual We enjoyed a lot our stay at the hotel, the staff is great and very helpful especially the representative Mageda, she helped us in every need that we required. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of food . We travelled with small kids and the property was just right .

Cleanliness was excellent. Superb breakfast, both variety & quality. Nice pool area with adjacent beach. Spent many nights at the bar meeting friends and family for cocktails & snacks.

We had a great day there and found the pool and the ocean to be great. We had breakfast and dinner there every day and found both to be great variety and good quality. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the property was clean and beautiful.

🌟 Wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel! Das Hotel war einfach großartig – sehr sauber, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitenden und vielen Aktivitäten. Es gab einen Kreativraum für Kinder, einen Innen- und Außenpool, jeden Abend Live-Musik, einen Spielplatz sowie separate Pools für Babys und Kinder. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
