The property was being renovated and we were not aware until check in

In the process of doing renovations. We got to stay in a beautiful new room. Staff was lovely.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Guests should be informed on the website and before booking if the hotel or building is undergoing construction or renovation. There was no notice or disclosure on the website stating that the property is currently under renovation, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Clear communication about ongoing construction is important so guests can make informed decisions and properly manage their expectations before arrival.

Room was given away without notice.

Breakfast was not fresh and was cold-needed to be heated in microwave. They were also in the middle of renovating, which wasn’t noisy but it was not what we expected. Room was clean

Upon our arrival, the staff member at the front desk was great. Very helpful and professional. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices, scrambled eggs, sausage and cubed fried potatoes. Cereals, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit along with coffee and juices. The heating/AC unit worked well. Although the property was being renovated, we were undisturbed. Good place for families.

Breakfast was pathetic to be nice. Over priced. Hotel is under renovation. Renovated room was very blah lacklustre. Positive was it has a patio door for main floor and is pet friendly which makes taking the dogs out much easier. This was the reason I stayed. There is no other reason in my personal opinion. And if I would it would be 1.5 stars

Even though this is an older property my room was newly renovated and sparkling clean. The area is quiet and has good access to major transportation routes around Saskatoon.

Staff is always great. Room was brand new just renovated! Bedding is always very clean and sheets are soft.

They were renovating and it resulted in some issues. there was no lamp or hangers in the room. the issues were resolved eventually, but not by the employees. the on site contractor offered hhis lap and hangers.

There is no way to use a luggage cart to roll anything in as every entry has steps up. However, the rooms on the lower floor allow you to park at the back part of your room and access the parking lot out the sliding door directly to the vehicle. However, there are still stairs. But this was a huge convenience as we had a dog.

It was okay.

The property was being renovated , hallways were dirty. The grounds outside were horrible cigarette butts everywhere and garbage not disposed of properly

The room was very musty and the floors were covered in dust and dirt. There were lipstick kiss marks on the wall, and the drawers were stained and had trash in them. The bathroom was cleaned, however there were brown stains on the wall and the tub was stained. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Property was very run down. Room was dirty with garbage behind the couch, something splashed on the wall, as well as dirty hand/foot prints on the bathroom door. Fridge was not working, and as such we lost $80 in groceries which we were not reimbursed for.
