It was a nice room and staff were very nice

Our room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Denny's was great to have an early breakfast prior to heading out for the day.

Convenient location, good size rooms. Unfortunately found a few ants near the sliding door on the ground floor. Also rear view face some storage container. Otherwise good value and appears to have been renovated recently.

Love that ground floor has sliding doors to outside, makes unloading easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for a ball tournament the last two years and love they have laundry on site. Denny’s breakfast is discounted if you stay. Close to many different restaurants and fast food. Nice little spot close to highway.

The room was clean, the staff were nice. Lots of parking. The ac needed cleaned and the air conditioner was not able to blow air very well. Otherwise it was a great stay

We arrived very late and only stayed one night so not able to provide a full review but overall, it was a decent hotel. Seemed clean in the lobby and on our room. The only down side but also convenient, was that we were on the ground floor. So conveniently we had access to the outside and right to our car but that said, the door directly leads to the parking lot. The room door needed to be check to ensure it was pushed closed all the way and the locks on the door leading to the outside could be a bit more secure. Overall, the stay was decent and comfortable. The location was great though with the outlet nearby and restaurants.

Pool is connected to other hotel, so you gotta walk across the parking lot. But the staff was super helpful and it’s fine for the price.

CLEAN

The property is extremely dated except the main lobby. Staff were friendly but had little to work with. Room had only the bare requirements. No vending machines. No bottled water. Main lobby has no provisions for people with mobility issues. I do not recommend this location.

The only thing was , we expected a free breakfast. They said only on Monday through Thursday. Seems strange, as most travellers are weekend travellers. I was sure when I booked, it mentioned breakfast included. Must have been in a very fine print and I mean fine print that not on Friday or weekends. All together we had a good stay.

1st when arrived room was on 2nd floor but when asked for 1st floor was promptly and kindly accomadated. When girls came to clean room next morning we were not ready so they were going to come back but when we came back to room later in day it had not been done. , We never called front desk but around 7pm knock at door and two hotel employees said they were asked to check on us if we needed garbage emptied or anything else , we did need coffee and also drain in sink was not draining , coffee was brought within 5 mins and maintainence man came within 15mins and fixed drain , greatly appreciated . 😉 great service , ,accomadations and hotel average in decor and amenities but clean , beds comfortable .would stay here again

Property is under construction, there are no drinks, vending machines etc available. No breakfast or anything from the hotel. Rooms were clean and acceptable.

The place is a mess…under construction, confusing how to navigate the property, e.g. no elevator, cordoned off hallways etc. etc. stuck at the end of a hallway, next to the stairway, so I could hear everyone come in and out with the slamming (unlockable security) door hoofing their suitcases up and down the stairs due to the aforementioned lack of elevator availability. Just a very bad experience for the ridiculous amount this cost…I could stay in the Bellagio on a Friday night for less.

Overall, great stay. I went with the cheapest option I could find so I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not 100% spotless, but clean enough whereby I felt confident someone did come in between guests to do a thorough clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets looked and felt clean. The bathroom was decent, not entirely spotless but also did not feel disgusting. There were a few spots throughout the room where maintenance would be beneficial, such as the door, the ceiling toilet lid etc, but none of the slight defects impeded negatively on my stay. I stayed on the second floor, which if you have a choice I would significantly recommend, as the front doors are not sound proofed whatsoever so it can get relatively loud if someone is outside, especially if on the ground floor. There is a charge for parking, around $6 a day, which I was not advised of when booking so be warned regarding this. Significant amount of parking was available, and it wrapped around the entire property which was convenient. Location wise, extremely convenient as there are numerous plazas within walking distance which made any last minute necessities extremely accessible. Overall, my stay was pleasant, my needs were met and I was happy with what this hotel provided. I would stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. The only downside was that there were many children on my floor who ran up and down the corridor, creating quite a bit of noise.

Clean, quick and convenient. Enjoyed an early morning work-out in the gym.

Room was filthy. Flat surfaces had dirt, debris and sticky residue.sheets had stains and towels had hair on them. I had booked my room 1 hour before I showed up and had booked a king bed. When I got into my room (1 hour later) it was a queen size. When I asked, they couldn’t explain. No breakfast included, a party going on outside with adults and kids running around all hours. No quiet time policy.
