Cute little hotel. Small beach area so you had to be quick to get a chair with an umbrella. Pool nice. Some of the outdoor things were not usable. Food was very average and was boring after a day and a half. Not much variety. Really just pizza and a limited buffet. They didnt have the room i wanted which had the view i wanted so that was a bummer. But it wasnt too bad.

Tuve un par de experiencias muy malas. Desde que te reciben , el trato no es muy amable. En en front desk trataron de cobrarnos un excedente por un menor, aunque nuestra reservación ya la contemplaba, y fue raro porque parecía que a todos les estaban haciendo lo mismo. Los restaurantes no están abiertos todo el tiempo ni todos los días. La segunda mala experiencia que tuvimos fue en el restaurant de sushi, la Vista. El mesero fue sumamente grosero. No nos quiso atender y cuando no le quedó de otra nos atendió de mala gana. Habíamos pedido 2 rollos y solo nos llevo 1 , las bebidas nunca las trajo y cuando se le preguntó por lo que hacía falta nos contestó pues ya les traje todo. Al final ni pudimos almorzar y tuvimos que irnos a otro restaurante. Pésimo servicio. Por todo lo demás estuvo bien.

La estadía fue muy buena, personal muy atento. Alimentos muy ricos.

Todo la estancia muy amena y segura, las actividades al aire libre, eventos, la comida riquísima en todos los restaurantes, tiene un excelente chef, la habitación muy limpia, todo el personal atento, alegre, amable, todo perfecto ,solo lo que no me gustó mucho es que el área de playa es muy pequeño,los muelles a los lados la afean, así como.tambien la hacen ver sucia, si esos muelles sobre todo los de la izquierda de la playa no están en uso deberían de retirarse, y ver la manera de limpiar un área más grande de sargazo. Gracias!!!

Overall value. Very Satisfied. The drinks were very good. The ocean view from room was spectacular! Food had variety. The staff were constantly cleaning the food area. The common area like reception were open air so it gets hot and humid.

my sister and I stayed at the Cancun Bay resort for 3 nights. honestly can’t complain about anything. staff was very nice and friendly. they had fun activities throughout the days and food was delicious. over all the resort was intimate and very clean. I would definitely recommend

For a girls 4 day trip Cancún Bay was perfect. It’s a small hotel but has everything we needed.

The food is just so bad.

I go to Mexico twice a year, this is the first time and this hotel and I will NEVER return! We booked this hotel for the 3 bedroom suite option, it was the only good thing. Here are my negatives for the property: 1. Only one restaurant a night open with VERY limited capacity, and only buffet option on Sunday! Get used to the buffet! 2. The buffet serves the same food all the time, and it's literally only 4 main course options for dinner! Extremely limited in selection! 3. Staff in dining area RARELY helps, I always had to track down my own drinks and condiments. 3. Pools are small! and one is basically indoors without a roof over it. 4. All pools close at 8 pm and all bars are closed by 11pm. 5. Only options for in room fridge are water and soda 6. Any name brand liquor is considered high shelf and requires to be paid for! This includes basics like Captain Morgan. The property is clean, there are some good staff, however everything is so limited it's just not worth it! Spend an extra $100 or $200 a person and get 10x the experience!
