Excelente estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, lo que permite recorrer Gante caminando con total comodidad. La habitación era cómoda, bien cuidada y muy silenciosa, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo. El personal fue amable y profesional en todo momento, haciendo el check-in y la estancia muy fluidos. En general, el hotel ofrece un muy buen nivel de confort y servicio, cumpliendo plenamente con lo que se espera de la cadena. Una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Gante. Sin duda volvería.

The check in was great. We arrived too early for our room but they happily stored our luggage until later. The room is great.

Good standard of room. Great central location. Helpful staff. Let down by noise from outside of drunks fighting and waste bins being emptied in the early morning.

Staff were amazingly polite and welcoming. Room was clean and with plenty of room. It was quite loud so bring ear plugs but would definitely stay again!

Veldig sentralt som var et stort pluss! Stort rom og hyggelig personale. Men hotellet var slitt og det var ganske mye mugg på badet som ikke var så veldig delikat.

Areli hotel no tiene aire acondicionado funcionando , demasiado calor , sin luz en el pasillo de los elevadores y solo 2 toalla en la habitación que era para dos . Me cambiaron 2 veces de habitación y sin aire ambas . La señorita de la recepción trato de ayudar pero no apareció ningún manager a resolver ni pude dormir del calor y pagué $170 , ni lo recomiendo para nada , me ofrecieron agua como compensación por la molestia . Me pareció muy poco profesional y responsable este hotel .

Our stay at the Novotel Hotel in Ghent, the Netherlands, 15-17 Oct 2025 was excellent. With the exception of a couple of people, overall, the hotel's staff was friendly and hospitable. The photos matched the room -- clean and roomy. The mirror in the bathroom was a foot higher above my head (5 foot 2 inches) and the lighting was not bright enough. A light in the entrance way was broken, and not fixed during our 2 day stay, even though a cleaning staff member knew and promised to have it fixed. When requested our daily supply of coffee packages, both the front desk (condescending) and the cleaning staff were not readily responsive. BTB Fresno, CA, USA

La location de l’hôtel est idéal le près de tout les attractions majeures. Ma chambre sentait la cigarette très fort … au point a m’irriter les voies respiratoires.

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de tout ce qu’il faut pour visiter ou se déplacer facilement à pied. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
