The room was okay. Bathroom is the most impressive part of the room. The £100 deposit is too much though. I have stay in lots of lots hotel in different countries I never have to pay for a deposit but this hotel.

Good amount of parking and a nice Ironing setup in room itself to cater to business clients. TV with free view channels and internet was decent speed. Well mannered staff. Food was average and there is a deposit to prevent people breaking hotel things. Not part of any chain and a good hotel apartment. Have a small Tesco shop near by where most of the things can be bought.

Last review I made about the Apollo, I didn't realise there was remedial work going on, which has now been rectified..I would visit this hotel again for it's location, it's privacy and within easy reach of the city.

Facilities did not work, low standards of cleanliness, curtains falling apart. Soft bed and hard pillows that smelt. No lifts on my block and I was staying on 4th floor. Complicated room layout. The positive was that the area was quiet.

Upon arrival we were keys to a room, which had already been allocated ! We were quickly given keys to another room. The room was basic and dated, but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night. Tea/ Coffee sachets were damp: shower took 10minutes to warm up: walls paper thin - we could hear next door conversation word for word!

Shower was cold . Hot tap soun around . Pillows like pancakes . Area was very rough

This hotel, while a little dated, is in a convenient position for where we were going during our time in the area.

Wash basin with two different taps one for cold water and the other for hot water!!!! How does that work???

The sheets were dirty, the shower wasn't working, transferred to another room shower again wasn't working.Sheets are changed now every 3 days.what if someone has slept in them already.Not booking there again.
