El colchon muy duro...y el desayuno...le falto presentacion en tido el área

I got this hotel for my parents, they were impressed by the quality of the food. They reported the hotel was clean with wondeful kind staff. They said all the areas of the hotel were excellent. Bedding was clean and mattress was super comfortable. Overall they said they had an amazing experience and they recommend that we always choose this hotel when we visit Leon. Cant wait to visit this hotel myself. Thanks for taking great care of my parents

Si estaba muy bien la habitación

La ubicación es muy buena, el. Personal es extremadamente servicial y amable, limpieza absoluta y los desayunos en el restaurante están increíbles

Solo deberían cambiar las TV por smartv

We spent 7 days in this hotel and we had an amazing experience with everything. Clea, location, food, prices. The breakfast has a lot of different options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a place that I definitely would recommend. Going back with my family and friends.

Habitación súper cómoda y amplia

Staff was very attentive. Hotels older but clean, pool looked unkept. So I choose not to use it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was great. Felt very safe at the property that arranged any transportation I needed. A few blocks from Zona Piel and a quick 3 min drive to Poliforum convention center.

No la use.

Fue muy desagradable que el personal de limpieza toque un domingo por la mañana 9:00 am para anunciar como si fuera primera llamada para el check out, deberían de cuidar el valioso tiempo de descanso del huésped y ser más cuidadoso en estos aspectos. Lo mismo me dijeron otros huéspedes en otro hotel hermano el mismo día. Hasta parece que ya lo tienen pre establecido para correr al huésped.

el trato de personal de recepcion muy amable; pero del restaurant salvo el gerente los demas muy mal. tache, falta amabilidad.
