Very spacious room! Great stay!

When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. A man barged right into my room to search for the remote… I was alone in my pyjamas. Even though I kept saying I had already looked everywhere, he continued going through the room and my things. It made me really uncomfortable. Finally to get him out I ended up suggesting we just grab a remote from another room. I reached out to management but they think this is acceptable behaviour.

Need to allow better integration between the restaurant and the hotel. Only able to charge breakfast to the room

The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby.

Clean, modern rooms. Front desk staff very helpful.

Overall clean place and friendly staff. Unfortunately during our visit, we experience long wait times for breakfast (30 mins) and conducted disruptive fire alarm tests which we were not aware of.

Love the comfort of the room

Place was clean. Coffee maker took 25 minutes to figure out then tiny cups. Went down to talk to staff about it. I asked how many people complained about coffee maker. She indicated lots can’t figure it out. No indication they are going to fix this. I then went into the restaurant to buy a coffee. $4.20 for a coffee. More expensive than Starbucks Really that much for drip coffee. Place was empty. I can see why.

The warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in was a nice touch. Pir stay was very quiet and the beds were like wonderful clouds to slerp on.

I reserved by mistake but could not get a refund

We enjoyed our stay rooms were spotless and completely redone. Would definitely refer family and friends.

The counters in room were not clean. Spills from days before were still there. Otherwise okay.

Very clean, bed is so comfortable and the in room coffee was really good! Only downfall is it’s on the Westside. Quite a bit out of town, perfect for winery visits but close to city centre

Issue with being on first floor Lots of noise above us

Our stay was good. The room was clean and newly renovated with a nice shower. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

If The hotel near downtown is better. Everything so good
