Check in was easy and met with pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The cooked breakfast was very limited

Reception staff at check-in were very helpful & buffet breakfast was very good

We were put into a room with an unbearable smelly bathroom. We asked to change and the 2 nd room was only slightly better. The breakfast offering was poor ( undercooked sausages no tomatoes, mushrooms or hash browns. , tiny croissants and the restaurant was very very hot.

Welcoming staff - helpful and cheerful. Decent food and good choices too. Comfy beds and nice and clean. Would definitely use again if needed Kings Lynn accommodation.

Hotel very tired looking no kerb appeal. We were greeted on arrival by someone that looked like to cleaner (no front office uniform). We were told they were working on skeleton staff!! I have worked for well known 4* hotel group for the last 20 years prior to retirement so my expectations are quote high! Bedroom very basic, bed comfortable, room facilities ok. Only space for hanging a few clothes, no drawers. Bar was ok. We only had breakfast there which again was adequate but not the standard I would have expected from a 3* hotel. Photos are very misleading. Didn't spoil our weekend but would seriously think before I stay again.

Staff very friendly- need uniforms and badges - would look more professional. Overall we had a good stay - property needs cosmetic overhaul and new furniture. Breakfast was very good - Plenty of parking . Rooms are adequate. Thanks

Comfy night stay, just the job

A very basic motel handy for the main road but not somewhere to stay for pleasure. Breakfast was poor, I would suggest you skip it and buy something locally.

Great value hotel. Staff were helpful and bed was comfortable and a good condition. The cooked breakfast was a little disappointing as only sausage, bacon beans and scrambled egg available. Previously had more items to choose from. But a nice stay and would definitely return.

Average place all round.

If you want a peaceful stay at a great price ,then this is the hotel for you. Hidden away gem of a hotel ,I will definitely stay here again when in King's Lynn .

The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets.

The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and professional, however I was left wanting for breakfast. It had the standard cereal and pastries but the cooked breakfast only had sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans

The reception staff in the evening very helpful and parking was good, The food in evening wasn’t great. The room was clean and really good shower. The breakfast was good.

Clean lovely nights sleep, very quiet. Parking free., would stop again if in the area

Rooms too dark

Second time staying here and was as great as last time. Room perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable, good choices for breakfast and food fresh and hot. Plenary of free on site parking. Will stay here again
