We had saw over 8 rooms and all the rooms were linen on the beds were dirty. The 3rd night got bite by bed bugs plus every night I heard loud banging and sawing noise no one told us the hotel was getting remodeled. We were sent to the brother hotel next door where there were a bug in the bed plus blood on the carpet. It was a horrible experience.

Habitación limpia, personal atento y punto muy alto, la comida. Simplemente espectacular. Volvería sin dudar

My stay there was great!

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. We stayed 4 nights so it would have been nice if the tea and coffee had been replenished during our stay. Also some towels were not always provided ( bath mats, face cloths)

Zimmer absolut ok. Rezeption definitiv nicht befriedigend, per Email angeforderter pickupService vom Airport zum Hotel blieb unkommentiert. Taxi und Uber sei Dank!!! Auch keine professionelle Unterstützung für Ausflüge z.B. PanamaKanal, chaotische Verhältnisse!

The Sheraton grand panama was truly a great hotel wish I could’ve stayed for longer the buffet breakfast and lunch was great and the casino was a fun little touch.

Beautiful hotel the only one I stayed at when I was in Panama that provided washcloths. Was very clean. Things were a little more expensive here, but I could see why very good breakfast buffet.

Staff helpful but should have been more informative regarding Construction happening on the upper floors.

Deben mejorar la forma como validan el estacionamiento. No puede ser que cada vez que necesite sacar el vehículo del estacionamiento, uno tiene q pasar por recepción. Es absurdo. Si ya saben cuánto es el tiempo de estadía en el hotel, deberían dar un ticket o tarjeta para salir del establecimiento.

Let us talk about the room.. it did not have a hairdryer, it did not have a mirror more than the one in the bathroom, the mattress could be felt that it was about 20 years old. the hot water failed ... it only included a buffet breakfast so I pay extra money for the buffet.. very poor quality I recommend you do not include it. money lost!

Carpets smell not so good....

Room was always clean. Staff was courteous it was also close proximity to Multiplaza mall which was great. Breakfast was ok.

Was value for money. Room was on the older side, but staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet had plenty options. Ps. DO NOT order food from the poolside bar! ;)
