Imposible to lower the Air conditioning, the Hotel set up to 69F , there is not conectors for usb chargers or C cable, the refrigerator is lock with a key and imposible to use it, the hotel staff is very good

Excelente servicio y el hotel muy bueno

Our stay was exceptional overall, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service across the property was very good. We stayed in room 1122, and while nothing took away from the quality of our stay, there were a few maintenance items worth noting. The iron in the room was not working. The AC vent made unusual noises when set on a low setting, which may require routine maintenance. The toilet tank’s internal rubber components appeared worn, causing a constant flow of water, and a few lights in the room were not functional. That said, housekeeping was excellent. The room was kept very clean, well organized, and consistently refreshed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good and well prepared, but adding more variety from day to day would improve the experience, as the menu remained the same each morning. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to routine room maintenance and a rotating breakfast menu, this hotel would easily be top tier. Best Staff so Kind.

I recently took a solo trip and, unfortunately, my experience was far from great. The glowing reviews are misleading, as it felt like the staff catered only to their own community. If you don’t speak Spanish, the receptionist won’t make much of an effort to communicate with you. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready—even though check-in is supposed to be at 3pm and it was already 5pm. Ultimately, I was given a room with two queen-size beds, which seemed excessive for just one person. Housekeeping was disappointing as well. Each time my room was cleaned, the towels I’d used were taken but never replaced. On my last night, I waited almost 45 minutes after calling guest services for fresh towels, but no one ever brought them. Needing to shower, I had no choice but to go down to the lobby to ask for towels, which was incredibly frustrating. I’d strongly suggest bringing your own. Communication was another major issue most of the staff barely speak English. For a hotel that welcomes tourists, there should really be English speaking staff at the front desk. Trying to get information or assistance was always a struggle. Breakfast was also a letdown. I don’t eat pork, and they had no beef options, which was disappointing. Additionally, they never took my card for incidentals, which became an issue. Every visit to the pool bar resulted in being told I had to pay immediately because I had no card on file, forcing me to use cash every time very inconvenient. I wouldn’t return !

The room was nice the club floor was an additional perk. Very help and courtesy staff. Will be back in August. Hopefully as a repeat customer I get some perks see you in the summer

Clean room

Staff is pleasant, standard buffet breakfast. They try to change it up a bit daily.

The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and house keeping is everyday

The rooms really need update The restaurant staff always rude and not friendly to work with and food always an hour time… even simple coffee or soup just takes time… if u expect foreign clients they need to be friendly… I had a bad experience that I would not recommend

The rooms are outdated and the temperature wasn’t pleasant. Very damp feeling and stuffy at times. Room service would clean room and remove dirty towels but wouldn’t leave clean ones. Had to call front desk daily to get clean towels. Food and beverage options were great. Staff ere grandma’s accommodating.

Après avoir pris le petit déjeuner une fois a l'hôtel, j'ai pris mon petit déjeuner à l'extérieur, il y a plusieurs options qui sont moins coûteuse et de meilleurs qualité.
