Excellent Experience

Staff was friendly and courteous, room was average clean. TV did not function, hardly any TP in bathrooms and when asked for more got a partial roll. Giant flood lights shine directly into room from parking lot, could be redirected at the parking lot instead of the exterior of the building. Noise from other patrons in the hallway was incredibly loud, as well as noise from lobby coming up through the floor

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and gave great suggestions for a wonderful night out.

Clean rooms very friendly staff front end personel were very accommodating with my daily extensions due to my schedule quiet and content best hotel for me personally in vernon and ive stayed at almost all of them .
