スタッフの対応良かったです トレーニングジムは小さめですが清潔で良かったです。宿泊者結構利用してました。 歩いてすぐスーパーマーケット、ピザ屋、マックあります。

Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our TV and they quickly did what they could to fix it. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very walkable to the waterfront and shops in Sydney. I was there with friends and we got adjoining rooms which helped make the trip fun. Nice touch of a little treat/coffee station in the lobby. Breakfast was small but had a good selection and the attendant was very friendly and efficient. Not a fancy hotel but well looked after. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights to meet friends who stopped by Victoria on a cruise. This hotel is less than 10min away from Swartz Bay ferry terminal which is convenient. Room is clean, spacious, equipped with microwave and fridge. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite late and the front door was locked after certain hour, the staff came out to open the door for us. Breakfast is included and it is mostly self-service. During our stay, we could order waffle from the staff to be made in the kitchen. Though the breakfast area is not large, the attended staff keeps it very clean. She is also very efficient so that tables could be turn around quickly. They have good selection of baked items, eggs, sausages, yogurt, etc. The area is generally quiet and seems to be safe. Parking is free and brightly lit. Overall this is a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely stay again.
