Had an amazing few days. Staff was very friendly. Location was great and a nice perk was passes provided to use the bus. Look forward to staying here again.

Stayed with my family for two nights, I wish I could have stayed longer!! Staff is very nice and wonderful service. Property location is very nice, worth the bill.

We had a wonderful stay here. Friendly staff, comfy beds and easy access to Banff townsite on foot or by bus. The hot tub wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Mountain Lodge. The room was extremely comfortable and we especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and were always available to help and answer questions in person and via text. The food at Prow was delicious and we experienced both a dinner and a breakfast! My only suggestion - replace the deep fried potatoes at breakfast with pan friend or roasted. Hot tub was a highlight, especially after long days snowboarding on the mountain.

Good place to stay, will be back. Nice to be able to park and take the bus downtown. Had a great breakfast in the restaurant. Our room was wonderful.

The room was great, larger than expected. Updated but a rustic log cabin vibe, with a wood burning fireplace. Nice hotel overall and we enjoyed the stay!

Our stay was fine. The parking situation around the room we were assigned could be a bit of a struggle. We were in room 812 and the uplight illuminating BML signage was crazy bright coming into our room at night with the blinds closed. I would also not classify the stay as peaceful. There was non-stop noise coming from rooms around us as well as outside in the parking lot area, walkways, and Tunnel Mountain RD. I could hear what was being said in the adjacent room late at night. To some those might not be a bother, but for others.. it can be an issue.

They don’t offer what they advertise if you are a silver member of any additional perks. The hot tub wasn’t hot.

Very nice and cozy room. Fireplace is wood only (not gas) and there are no elevators. Had to carry all our luggage up one flight of stairs. Very limited parking. Shower is very small. TV has no content guide. Staff is very friendly and the on-site restaurant is exceptional. Well located close to town and not on very busy Banff Avenue.

This was my second time staying at the Buffalo Mountain Lodge and I cannot say enough about what a special place it is! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the location on Tunnel Mountain has got a view of Mt Rundle that can't be beat! We even got a free room upgrade this time around just because! This is definitely my go to spot to stay in Banff!

Really special place, the room was spacious and clean with incredible views from the balcony. We ordered room service, the food was fresh and tasty. If we were to come back to Banff, we would be sure to stay here again.
