Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,

Nous avons déjeuné le dimanche midi avec des amis, et 4 d'entre nous ont eu les premiers symptomes d'un dérangement intestinal le lundi (nous n'avons pas diné ensemble le dimanche soir), infection à la salmonelle (coquilleges et couteaux) confirmée le Mardi ... et qui dans mon cas dure toujours après plusieurs jours malgré le traitement antibiotique. Avec 2000€ de supplément pour le restaurant en 3 jours, je crois être un bon client qui, malheureusement ne renouvellera pas !!!

Hotel staff, particularly the woman who helped me check in and out, were very good and genuinely friendly. Everyone seemed authenticly like they would go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings??? I am very interested to hear your response. Dr. Adrian Sibian

The Hotel, staff and amenities were excellent but the room layout was strange. A glass wall between beds and bathroom that looked right into the glass enclosed shower. Only a flimsy curtain to cover the shower that operated from the bedroom side. No door on the bathroom entrance either, just a curtain.

Very nice room, great service and breakfast. Shout out to Guillermo at the Concierge, super attentive.

Breakfast was quite lovely with many options. Room was spacious with modern amenities/shower. Great water pressure! Next to beach for lovely stills and beautiful sunrise

The property and staff were great. We liked the location but we also like to walk a lot. Maybe far for some. The only negative was the bed. We reserved 3 rooms and we all complained about how uncomfortable the beds were. Maybe just add mattress toppers?? The hotel would almost be perfect!! We loved our stay otherwise

Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy. Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym.

The place is nice and clean but this is the first time of my life travel that I see a hotel that charge for room service, this is not acceptable

It was a perfectly nice hotel but requires work and changes to be what would be a 5*. I was sold on the photos of lounging round the pool which is why I spent the £300 a night to find if I wanted the loungers round the pool I’d have to pay €150 a day each. That is insane to me. The breakfast choices were vast but you’d be lucky to find a clean cleared table to sit at. The main problem is the branding for the hotel curates luxury but the hotel doesn’t serve it. The hotel also has loungers on the beach but to use them you could have to pay €20. The experience didn’t reach the transcendence promised. If you’re reading this you’d probably go there and have a pleasant enough stay, but don’t expect lux.
