Nice clean property with comfy beds, got kept up until the early hours even with ear plugs in though due to nearby noise. We live above 2 train lines at home so I’m used to noise!

Dining area - microwave and hot water should be accessible, considering no microwave or coffee maker in the room

Room was very comfortable, 4 different balconies looking out with a great city view. Martha at the front desk was absolutely delightful! She truly went out of her way many times to make my family’s stay pleasant! Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. There is music from 5th but mostly you only hear the bass. The air conditioner sound masked it well. It was an overall awesome experience. I’d come back to this hotel!

La habitacion muy limpia y comoda el perzonal muy amable lo unico que no me gusto es que el internet no llega hasta el 3er piso y el aire no enfriaba muy bie pero en general todo muy comodo y limpio.

I have been to cancun 5 times and this resort was definitely one of the best. The hotel feels newer and clean. Staffs were super friendly. There are multiple activities by the pool area including water volleyball, beach volleyball, bingo, iron man contests, etc… beach is spacious and not busy. We liked the towel system, you need to return your towel every time you leave so chairs are not occupied with unclaimed towels. The food was okay, not much variety each day but it was delicious.

Aire acondicionado al 100, piscina muy agradable, el personal excelente, todo mundo en recepción súper súper amable y buenas personas. Felices de estar y volver a los itzaes. Gracias.

LO PEOR QUE TE PUEDE PASAR AL VIAJAR DE MADRID A PLAYA DEL CARMEN, ES QUE CUANDO QUIERAS DORMIR NO TENGA AIRE ACONDICIONADO FUNCIONAL LA HABITACION Y QUE TENGAS QUE AGUANTAR UNA NOCHE ENTERA CON JETLAG ENCIMA PORQUE NO TE QUIEREN CAMBIAR DE HABITACIÓN. CON DOS NIÑAS PEQUEÑAS LES DIO EXACTAMENTE IGUAL Y NOS DEJARON AHI TODA LA NOCHE SUDANDO Y CON LA DESESPERACION DE NO PODER DESCANSAR DEL CALOR QUE HABIA. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

the owner is friendly, the rooms and hotel is clean and conveniently located in PDC. oxxo and mercado is just around the corner. I love the pothos plant decor cascading from the top floor and around the common area. affordable price.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für 100 Fr. in Playa del Carmen. Sauber, gutes Internet, freundliches Personal! Eine Strasse weg vom grossen Trubel.. Betten sind weniger für 4 Personen geeignet, da sie nur 1.40m breit sind.. Pool auf dem Dach ist spitze!
