The phrase "this property has seen better days" is an understatement, the room was clean, but is absolutely laughable the fact that they asked for a 100 dollar "damage" deposit, damage? Everything is worn out and damaged already, the shower valve was falling apart, the carpet gosh I don't even want to imagine the creatures that live underneath that carpet. Considering the kind of conditions that property is in, they are overcharging. Do yourself a favor, spend 10 or 20 bucks more and run the other way.

The premises looked dirty, especially carpet in the hallways; parking was poorly marked. The room itself was not the worst but overall not a pleasant experience.

Very old outdated. Owners too cheap or lazy too replace old sign. Whole place should be torn down.

It was a good stay

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was the only positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is very run down and poorly maintained. The bathroom was so rusty and dirty that I didn’t even want to use it. The carpets were worn out and filthy, the room had a strong musty smell, and the air conditioner barely worked. With the overall condition of the room, I wasn’t even confident that the bedding was clean. To make matters worse, the pillows had no support and were very uncomfortable. We paid around $300 for two rooms but ended up staying only about six hours before leaving. It was simply not worth the money. I hope the property invests in proper cleaning and maintenance because, despite the excellent staff, the condition of the inn made for a very disappointing experience.

Room not clean, used towels in the bathroom. Small pillows on bed. Dilapidated building needs complete renovation.

Honestly was just used to sleep over instead of staying at the airport. I should have stayed at the airport.

You get what you pay for. Tub was full of water underneath and fell while getting in for a shower. They were able to come empty the water after I reported it but did nothing about the fall. Poorly maintained room for the most part.

So I booked a pet friendly room and made a special request notifying the hotel I had 3 dogs. So I travelled to the Metro Inn only to find out that in fact I didn’t book a pet friendly room and they never received the special request about the dogs. The front counter attendant said they have no more pet friendly rooms and they have a strict policy stating only 2 pets per room. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who manned the front counter, but he made a huge exception and gave me a room for me and my 3 pups. He also helped me find a parking spot for my truck and uhaul trailer. Yeah the hotel is nothing to right home about, but that’s what I wanted as I have the dogs with me. So this employee went up and above the call of duty. Thank you again!

Cigarette butt burn holes in the blankets - smelled of urine - and smoke. Terrible place

The room smelled so strongly of long term smoke use, even though it states it is a “non smoking room” and the mattresses have many brown and yellow stains. Disgusting.

Do not stay here!

The room was not cleaned! Broken bathtub /shower handle , slime toilet seat cover, hole on the wall near of towel holder, the box mattresses were rocking every time you turn around ,etc. We took some pictures if you need it! We were afraid to touch anything around but we arrived to late in the evening to do anything about it!
