The room was clean but small. The first room I was assigned was a twin that I requested but it was very small with no proper closet. The bathrooms could do with more shelves for toiletries. The staff were very courteous and helpful and moved me to a bigger room.

Staff was amazing. Very welcoming from the doorman to the desk staff. Rooms were very clean. We got the garden view room, it was so nice

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect location one minute walk from Earl’s Court tube, but on a quiet and pretty road. Every member of staff was lovely, check in was super efficient and the common areas are very stylish and comfy. The room was so nice I found myself taking photos for home decor inspiration! There are nice toiletries, tea/coffee, complimentary water, slipper and lovely quality bedding and towels. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d happily stay here again whenever I’m in London and I hope I get to very soon!

Excellent experience all round. A very smart central London hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel is quite new and it shows! Room and common areas all immaculate. Front desk and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Really pleased we found this one. We'll be back!

Wonderful welcoming staff, beautifully presented rooms, immaculately clean. Unfortunately did not get the time to sample the amazing restaurant menu. Peaceful haven when in London will definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. Lovely room and bathroom with beautiful product’s to use. We enjoyed a cocktail and meal in the bar area. Both were delicious. The hotel has a really lovely feel about it, relaxed elegance. On top of that, a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the tube. I would definitely stay here again.
