Brilliant location and wonderful hosting

On arrival the lights in my room didn’t work, never received the free bottle of wine, no restaurant, no coffee facilities in the room, AC didn’t work nor did the fridge, breakfast was basic.

Good straff, but did not get my VIP Acess Wine.

Room was clean Staff was very helpful Only knock was the stairs! Would stay here again

Anders als bei Expedia angegeben gab es keine Flasche Wein. Zudem war das Zimmer winzig.

First off, STAFF WAS AMAZING! We arrived early and KAMEL, another gentleman, and Rose took extra care of us. Above and beyond. It felt as if we were in their home. Hotel is super nice. Room was great. Area was great. I would most definitely go back because of how well we were treated by the staff. Thank you!!

Chambre au rezde chaussée assez bruyant Je pouvais partager la conversation ou boire des verres avec les gens devant ma fenêtre Personnel qui demande une empreinte de carte bancaire et note sur un bout de papier à la vue de tous vos numéros de carte bleue en insistant

Ottima posizione Camera abbastanza pulita Bagno non pulito bene e scomodo. Per stare sul wc dovevi sederti di traverso. Nessun upgrade, anzi una stanza era inferiore a quella prenotata. Completamente dimenticato il benvenuto della categoria prenotata (bottiglia di vino) Receptionist al check in molto poco “accogliente”. Peccato perché la posizione è perfetta ed anche se è un piccolo hotel mettono impegno nel servizio colazione. Sulla camera tranne il bagno (il secondo giorno niente rimpiazzo asciugamani) la camera era pulita e carina ma molto più piccola di quella prenotata.
