Fantastic welcome from Brent! Great hotel in a highly convenient location for the Ypres square. Have stayed here many times!

Location excellent.

An excellent stop over with nice rooms and wife said it was the best mattress of our Europe tour. Breakfast was excellent however check with reception on busy times. Parking is expensive however the friendly reception team explained that street parking was cheaper for our short stay. Ideal location for the famous last post every night at 20.00

By 9.30 the breakfast choice was sparse

Room was cleaned every day and the rest of the hotel was clean. Breakfast was available but we did not take it because it was rather pricey. Bar was good. Didn't take a car so can't say about the parking. Close to local attractions and a shoet walk to the railway station. Overall a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Location is great for exploring Ypres. It’s a few mins from the Menin Gate and Flanders Fields museum.

The hotel was clean and easy to find as there are signposts for all the hotels. It is very close to all the tourist attractions too. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and we would not normally of had it , but there was not much open for that sort of thing in the square. The receptionist was not over friendly and it seemed like it was a chore for her to help us , especially when I asked her to order us a taxi on one of the days.

I spent two nights in Ypres. The hotel was very centrally located yet quiet. The staff were friendly and very accomdating. The room was large, clean and well presented. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. I will definetly stay here again when cycling and/or visiting flander fields

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Best Location great too and you can park for 2 euros all day next door

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a classy town. We loved the comfort and location of the hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and definitely recommend for other visitors.

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel accueillant. En revanche, chambre avec fenêtre à vitre sablée, donc sans regard vers l'extérieur; de plus, elle ne s'ouvre pas. Impression désagréable d'être en sous-sol et un peu anxiogène.

The hotel is perfect. Amazing location. Impeccably clean and the staff were all lovely. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel perfectly located. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. No disturbances from outside noises. I was a bit taken aback by the bathroom layout but that didn’t takes away from the comfort of the room. I was able to park around the corner from the hotel and assumed it was free public parking but can’t say for sure. I didn’t get a ticket

Just a short stay on a business trip this time, but still very much one of my favourite places to stay when I'm travelling in Europe. The rooms are large and very comfortable - Always a good night's sleep here. Friendly staff really make the difference, and being literally in the middle of Ypres you are close to everything - 3 minute walk to the Menin Gate, surrounded by restaurants, bars and some incredible history.
