The hotel remains 'work in progress'. A busy hotel, the public walkway evidence this. Rooms claimed soecial need special love, rooms are unloved. The steam-room is tiny, however, with the other facilities working there is compensation. Both Blu entitled hotels seen need investment. The staff are great.

Really enjoyed our time at the radisson in Limerick. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall the rooms were great. We did find that there was no great way to control temperature so we would get quite warm at nights and much of the wait staff seemed like they were learning but still very friendly and helpful.

Driving into the hotel, the grounds were well kept. Check-in was easy and the attendants very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The floors to the bathroom were heated. The way the shower was set up; one could get water all over the floor. Peaceful nights’ sleep.

From the check in staff, to the breakfast staff, and the room cleaning staff, as well as the spa and pool staff were all amazing and very welcoming and eagar to help. It is a beauitful hotel and I have been going here for years. My only area of disappointment was and has always been the bar. The staff serve extremely slowly ordering food takes a very long time. This time my children got burned brownies, and ice cream that strangly had no flaviour. My ice cream also had no flaviour. The menu needs far more options and people working in the bar need to serve customers. When I was there the bar/ restaurant was extremely quiet. However the staff who were chatting between themselves non stop, bar manager included seemed to busy to deal with customers. As I said the radisson is top class the Bar / Restaurant is the only issue and has been for a long time.

Very good value for money and a very warm welcome by the receptionist.

Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238

There was no power, no water and no food. It was freezing

I spent just one night at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Limerick and enjoyed the time very much. In particular Crystal at the reception desk was very professional, helpful and the perfect welcome host. I enjoyed the SPA after a long work trip. All features were working and very clean. A robe in the guest room would be nice to skip the dress/undress/dress at the SPA.

Clean and easy to get to. Good food and breakfast. Staff is nice. Beds are hard but rooms are big and clean!

Ich habe eine Rechnung von 305Euro erhalten. Das ist eine Frechheit. Ich kann mich ebenfalls nicht daran erinnern, dass ich das gebucht habe. Solch ein Zimmer im Vergleich kostet höchstens 135 Euro pro Nacht. Können Sie bitte abklären was da passiert ist? Danke
