We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Everything was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to handle everything for us. The breakfast was amazing, you must try it at least once. Rooms were good sized for EU hotels and had all the amenities we needed. Anything extra was available at the front desk. Rooms are well insulated and quiet. The bar was great, Mr. Sanjay was a great host there and made sure all the guests were taken care of. The location for the hotel is very convenient. You’re a 10min away from everything you need. Groceries, underground trains, laundry services and plenty of restaurants.

Not much to say, simply the best hotel in this area, great location, clean, friendly stuff, amazing staff, airconditioned, quiet. all you need for a holiday or business trip. my default hotel if i visit vienna.

Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes und großes Zimmer, gute Abdunklung und gutes Bett. Bar mit guter Getränkeauswahl und Snacks. Lage für einen Stadtbesuch ideal (Karlsplatz, U-/S-Bahn 5 Minuten entfernt).

Staying at the Kaiserhof felt like stepping back in time. The service was truly personal - the staff knew our daughter by the end of our stay and would greet her every morning, ask her about her previous day’s activities, bring her a special hot drink at breakfast without us even asking, give her chocolates, etc., and the breakfast was superb, with fresh bread and cakes and so many options on rotation. You can tell that the staff take great pride in their work and seem very happy with their jobs. The cleaning staff would arrange our daughter’s stuffed animals into charming little poses just to delight her when she came back to the room. Our family just came back from a multi-city trip to Europe, and we talked about how the Kaiserhof was not only our favorite hotel from this trip, but perhaps our favorite hotel ever. It really was that special. Every little touch came from an era of service that seems no longer to exist in most places. This place has integrity and true, quiet excellence.

Can't fault it. Fantastic stay

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff throughout, we would definitely love to return. We had really good food at local restaurants including at the buzzing nichtmarket just a few minutes walk away. We were able to walk to most destinations but the public transport was easy to navigate as well. Thank you

This hotel is located well and within easy walking of many desired venues. Hotel was clean and the breakfast should not be missed..

The bar and especially the bartender Sanjay left us all with admiration of him. Stop by for something and he will make it so special . His personality will blow your mind. A true gentleman .

Everything about this hotel is superb. The room size, bed, bathroom amenities, breakfast, and staff were the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. I highly recommend staying here when in Vienna.
