The room is very clean and nice with more than adequate space. The grounds are gorgeous, maintained beautifully, including the pool. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is on site: restaurants, a bar, coffee shop, souvenir shop, snacks, a Gym and a Spa....you never have to leave the property for anything.

Clean, small, plenty of parking, good breakfast. Great, friendly staff.

The bar had karaoke until after 11pm at night and our room was literally right beside the bar with 2 young kids. Then, at 520am there was crashing and what sounded like furniture moving down the hall outside our room. The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the pool is nice.

The customer service is outstanding and undeniably the best I have ever experienced in hotel resort stays. Kimberly in the kitchen, Natalie in sales, all the ladies at the front desk, the shuttle drivers, security, the ladies that handle the excursions, staff that help with luggage and the list goes on. They go over and beyond their job to provide the best customer service. Thank you! ❤️🙏

Decent hotel for Belize city, food hit or miss, but went to check in around 1 and they said it would be an additional charge to get the room now. Really if it is ready then let us check in instead of nickel and diming for some extra bucks. Not a good way to build any loyalty. Won't be staying there again unless I have no choice.

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. From shuttle pickup through checkout, the level of service fell well below expectations. At check-in, the front desk staff member was preoccupied and inattentive. When I attempted to locate my rewards account and explained that my sisters were ready to go to the room while I completed check-in, the staff member simply pointed to the keys on the desk. We were not provided basic welcome information—no room number, no directions, and no explanation of hotel amenities. Once in the room, my sister took a shower shortly after 4:00 p.m. and reported that the water was cold. I attempted to shower about an hour later and experienced the same issue. I contacted the front desk, and maintenance was sent to the room. Despite checking the water, the issue was treated as if nothing were wrong, even though we clearly stated the water was not even lukewarm. Maintenance had to be contacted again, and it took several hours before the hotel finally agreed to move us to another room. The replacement room was noticeably better—it had proper hot water, a larger television, a larger refrigerator, and included body wash and shampoo, which were missing from the original room. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about room standards and quality control. It was super expensive, pretty much overpriced. The flushing handle on the toilet was falling off, the TV was broken, and fuzzy, and we experienced some attitude from the staff. Breakfast menu as advertised in the room was wrong, and we almost missed our flight became the preordered food didn’t come out for 30 minutes after we had requested it for.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff went above and beyond each day to make us feel like family. We did not have to repeat our names or drink preferences. The facility is beautiful! Our room was clean and spacious. We will visit again soon!

Amazing onsite restaurant

Came for a solo trip for new years. I upgraded to the premium king: initially they had me in a deluxe room until I went to the desk let them know and it was fixed immediately. The bed is super comfortable, the room was clean besides behind the bed. (Crumbs and hair) were left. I only ate at the Jaguar bar, the jerk chicken is great but the ride is meh, the fettuccine pasta is tasty, the Philly cheese sandwich I sent back due to not being able to eat it bc it fell apart. The guest are friendly and the pool is nice and cool, I’d definitely stay again since it’s close to the airport but you do need a taxi to go closer to the bars which is in south Belize. I did walk to Seabreeze which is about 15min, and the store which is about 10min. Taxis range from $5-20 to go 5-15min down the road.

The hotel needs upgrading, as it is very old-fashioned. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I had to move rooms three days into my stay because my TV and phone did not work, and there was a strange odor. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic, and they came right away to fix the issues.

Good service…not too wild about the service fee added with all meals. Must not have to tip? Nice room. Service was good. Clean.

My stay at this hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and room spacious and spotless. Also, food was great and again, staff were very professional and made us feels comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. It's also only about 10 drive to the water taxi port.

They couldn’t find my reservation - was at the front desk for some time with maybe 3 words. Not very friendly

It’s basically a motel with nice plants. It was the second best hotel when I searched from Canada but I did not like it, For one night it’s ok. Beds are like marshmallows.

Noisy until late with bass from one of the restaurants/barroom had a weird smell despite running the AC. Nice gym. Easy to arrange shuttle.

Beautiful all around. Pleasant staff and lush garden and pool setting. Plenty of food and drink areas. Room was big.
