Limpieza en el baño podría ser mucho mejor, tanto en la tina y lavamanos, por el inodoro, no se apreciaba nada mal, toallas libres de manchas daría más confianza

Room was noisy from street traffic.. no blankets in room. It was dirty, found trash tub was dirty

Room was in great condition with all the amenities working and neatly placed. The mattress however was stiff and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Check in y check out muy rápidos. El clima en la noche ameritaba una cobija y no habia en las camas. El resto excelente.

The people employed her are all very nice and been helpful. We came for a surgery and they brought us a refrigerator and microwave so we are able to cook to save money. I would definitely come back. The grounds are beautiful with a large swimming pool and loungers along with tables and chairs

The staff was very good. I thought the room would be better.

I purchased a king bed and they said they ran out and gave me 2 full sized beds. Ridiculous.

Clean room, if we paid for 4 persons, common sense is to provide 4 towels no 2.! No bar available 😅. Only restaurant outside hotel. Old mattress!!!!!! Pls change mattress. Otherwise good location, close to border.

Staff and amenities as they didn’t have extra pillows or towels even if the hotel was empty. Also, restroom door was locked and I ask the front desk and they said there is anythin they can do until the next morning. Never will go back. Horrible customer service

Todo muy bien, lo único que fuimos por dos días y nos desactivaron las dos tarjetas que nos dieron a mi esposo y a mí, y nos quedamos afuera, tuvimos que ir a oficina a que nos las activaran una tarjeta y luego la otra, eso nos causó un pequeño retraso de tiempo en nuestras actividades. No me di cuenta, que no todas las habitaciones tenían cafetera, microondas y frigobar, pero en la habitación que reservamos no tenía nada de eso, 😳 y pues a mí me gusta cargar con mi fruta y mi alimento. Pero me gustó el lugar si lo recomiendo.
