Parfait, localisation, vie de quartier, propreté, isolation phonique, literie, douche et baignoire, et surface de la chambre, service (bouteille de vin mousseux et un cocktail offerts), piscine. Seule la fenêtre est petite et sans vue dégagée. Mais dépend de la chambre choisie. Nous recommandons sincèrement.

The hotel was modern and very Clean. We visited the rooftop bar which was small but relaxing and comfortable. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay (March) but you could use facilities in the hotel across the road if you wished Rooms were good size and clean. Breakfast was served on the floor below reception, one day we had to wait for a table for four but only for 5 or 10 minutes. The breakfast choice was good and the produce was fresh and good quality. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect. Bars and restaurants close by, cathedral 5 minutes and river 10 Minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel was very nice and in great spot. Room faced street and could hear noise outside but was quiet after things closed. Great location. Roof top terrace was really nice. Pool was being renovated so couldn’t sit by it. But great location and very nice and clean - perfect . Short cab ride from train station - crazy watching them drive on the narrow streets near hotel.

Great rooms. Recently renovated to top industry standards. Very friendly and courteous staff. Impecable breakfast buffet. Incredible situated close to everything. Taxi accesible Which in Seville is hard to find.

Impeccably presented. Very warm day so put A/C on high before leaving the room on first day. Got back to a ‘sauna’ as only heat was available but not informed of that at check-in. Changed rooms 2nd day which was done efficiently but no apology for lack of information. Very central and close to everything.

Clean central hotel, within easy walking distance to everything in central Seville

Great location with everything within walking distance. Comfortable big clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooftop is also a nice feature. Only thing keeping it from 5/5 is that the noise cancellation is pretty bad. You hear other guests dragging chairs around on the floor and also people walking around in the halls.

Desde la llegada al hotel, hasta la salida, recibimos real servicio al cliente. El hotel es muy hermoso, limpio y cómodo. Los baños son espectaculares. Sentía que estaba en un spa! La localización del hotel es bien céntrica, con buenos restaurantes alrededor. Pudimos caminar a todos lados, incluyendo a las visitas de museos como el Royal Alcazar de Sevilla.

AC in our room didn’t work due to only half the rooms having the cool setting due to the season. Only solution from reception was to leave the balcony door open which isn’t ideal if you want a good sleep. Pool was also shut for maintenance
