Great staff!

Place très limité dans le parking, impossible de s'y garer cependant bon hôtel avec un personnel très agréable et bonne literie .

Everything was perfect. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Only room left was disabled even though we checked in early on line as requested. No wifi. TV didn't work and badly placed on the wall. Supposedly hot breakfast items were cold. Price of breakfast was more expensive than advertised on line.

自分の無知が現因ですが勝手に市内にあるホテルかと思ってきてので不便差を感じました

this hotel is very basic and i think overpriced. We arrived and the hotel staff seemed overworked, tired and stressed out. We got to our room and realized that it was very stuffy and hot so we tried to turn the air conditioning on and realized after some time that it didn’t work along with the elevator. my husband went to ask inquire about the air conditioner not working and was told that if we waited “some more time” that it would work. it never worked and it was hot and stuffy our entire 2 evening stay. i went to grab the extra pillow that was provided in a plastic casing which made it seem like it was clean but when i looked at the pillow it had mascara marks on it. the shower also leaked because the door doesn’t fully shut. It was good enough to rest our bodies after a long journey but not very comfortable.

Estadia de apenas uma noite, com vários problemas. Ficamos no terceiro andar, mas o elevador estava com defeito e precisamos subir e descer pelas escadas algumas vezes. O ar condicionado também não refrescou o quarto. A quantidade de vagas não é suficiente, então precisamos deixar nosso carro na rua.

Inmejorable experiencia por la gente que lleva el día del hotel. todos, absolutamente todos, han sido super amables y cariñosos. atentos, educados, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. el hotel está claramente para hacerle una reforma, sobre todo las habitaciones, pero lo que le falta a la infraestructura le sobra a los empleados. viajaba con mis tres niños y mi mujer, y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos pedido y siempre con la mejor actitud. si vuelvo a Bilbao voy a considerar volver aquí por su gente!

Creo la limpieza estuvo bien. Pero, en el baño solo habían 2 toallas para secarse y una para el suelo, podrían poner toallas de mano. A la habitación le faltaba un minibar, le faltaban cortinas para la luz. Poco insonorizada la habitación. Los tragantes no van bien, la ducha a pesar de echar poca agua, tampoco se podia regular bien, para agua fria y agua caliente, a veces me quemaba. Y poco espacio en ropero para dos.

The hotel was located in a good area, you can go to the city center and have a mall across the street from the hotel. Sadly the employee that checked us in, didn’t even look into our eyes when we arrived. He ignored us while doing work on his computer. While doing the check in he acted as if we were annoying him with our presence. We were surprised that he even told us about breakfast. Luckily the hotel and the rooms were nice, but that employee should consider if he wants to work in a place where you work with customers daily
