balcony design is odd.

Ocean Promenade has undergone major renovations that are almost completed. The decor is modern and fresh — very inviting. We chose this hotel because of its location on Marine Drive providing excellent access to the promenade for my husband with mobility issues. We enjoyed a King Studio with balcony and kitchen — balconies have a view of the ocean — great place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour. Ocean Promenade is conveniently located to the many restaurants that line Marine Drive—all walkable. Good value for our money. We enjoyed our four days and hope to return.

It nice hotel

What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. The little coffee shop in the building offered great breakfasts and lunches at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Room was perfectly clean. Bed was realy comfy matter wasn't blown out like a lot of places. The Only thing that turned me off was some dude snoring so loud I could here it in my room. So I didn't sleep well.That's not the hotels fault. I'd stay again.

Property seems fresher and maintained better. Renovation activities not as intrusive as our last visit.

Everything was wonderful with our stay and we will come back and stay longer. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was absolutely fantastic close to restaurants and cafes walking trails, water.

Beautiful room, great staff.

The staff were very apologetic about the fact that there was no parking left in their on-site paid parking when we arrived at about 6:00 p.m. . It was inconvenient to have to find street parking near the hotel on a very busy Sunday where most parking spots were already taken. When we finally found a spot it cost $5.00 per hour. Other than that inconvenience the staff were great and the hotel was lovely.

Our room was very clean! Especially the bathroom. It was almost like no one had ever used it! Staff was very friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected. I was able to check in but the room was not ready so was told I could come back late and be given the keys. Good thing, because I also ordered parking and was able to park inside when we finally returned later that evening. Our room didn’t have a view but didn’t need it since we were only going to sleep there. We got a really good deal on hotels.com. We will definitely return! Btw- the cafe was great for breakfast. The lady working told us where to find the white rock and gave us some history about it. Also peaked in on the quilting quild in the conference room. Nice ladies who talked to me about getting started.

Great hotel. Walls are a little thin and the room next to us kept their bathroom fan on all night which was annoying but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The location is amazing and the coffee shop was great for breakfast. I hesitate to recommend this hotel as I would prefer to keep it as my secret! 😃

Everyone was super helpful and kind! The place is clean and beautiful! Totally recommend 10/10! Thank you so much I had a peaceful and fun stay!

Overall I’d rate it a 9 as there were a few things about the room that weren’t perfect but the staff were extremely friendly and location was phenomenal.

Very nice place to stay. Across the street from the ocean, nicely designed rooms. Heated bathroom floor!
