le personnel est tres agréable, les espaces communs sont très propres.

Vår familj bodde i ett familjerum och storleksmässigt var rummet bra. Rummet var dock slitet. På toaletten fanns svarta mögelfläckar och dörren in till toaletten bestod av en skjutdörr i glas som var ganska trög att stänga. Städningen på rummet var undermålig. Redan första dagen kunde man se dammtussar under sängen och det blev bara värre. Kändes som att städarna inte städade under bord, under sängar osv.. Vi använde mest vuxenpoolen på "en trappa upp". Det var ett fint poolområde dock var poolen sliten och färgen i poolen avskavd på flera ställen. Poolen behöver definitivt renoveras. Det som får ett plus av oss var maten. God frukost och god middag med stort utbud av både av nyttig mat och mindre nyttig mat. Stort utbud av frukt och sallader. Det som också får ett plus är att det går en gratisbuss till stranden från hotellet.

Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas.

Old building and hotel with some areas refurbished and some not. Room phone not working. Cleaning sometimes not great. Gym needs new machines as most were broken. Pools are nice. Breakfast is good, other meals are good/average. I don’t think they are providing the service for the rate they charge. Some hotel rules didn’t make sense. Some hotel staff was very rude but most were nice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Iso, mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli kohtuullisella sijainnilla.

Zimmer war direkt über dem Hoteleingang, ständig hielten Reisebusse vor der Tür und ließen ihren Motor laufen. Das Schloss der Balkontür war so ausgeleiert, dass man sich teilweise beim zuschieben von draußen ausgesperrt hat. Bett war ok, der Wasserdruck vom Duschkopf war so dürftig, dass man quasi nur die Regendusche benutzen konnte. Das Essen (HP) war gut.

Zimmer ist nicht mackellos. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Hotel mit Kindern

Esperienza molto deludente. Il cibo è stato pessimo e di scarsa qualità. La circolazione durante la cena era caotica e mal gestita. Inoltre, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, in particolare nelle docce, dove era presente muffa. Nel complesso, soggiorno decisamente insoddisfacente

O hotel em si é maravilhoso. Tem uma boa localização. O café da manhã é excelente. A única coisa ruim é que me colocaram em um anexo do hotel que é longe de tudo, inclusive do café da manhã. Fora isso, nota 10.

Die Anlage an such ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber, dass renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe. Das Personal war leider nicht immer so freundlich.

Nice bedroom. Cleaning is good. Food is OK, although not very varied if you stay for more than a couple of days.

Food was good, all inclusive drinks were great. Hotel was clean. Good location.

El personal de 10! La comida un 2/10, se repite todos los días… dicen que hay días temáticos… pero es para verlo… Las piscinas se supon que son climatizadas y desde el sábado 01/11/25 a 08/11/25 no han estado climatizadas, siendo prácticamente imposible entrar en ellas pues el agua estaba congelada!! No repetiría

The buffet was amazing, lots of choice and the foods was in small trays so it was always super fresh and replenished when needed, best food in a hotel we've had in a long long time

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.
