Belle chambre, bien décorée et propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol: tout petit parking et en plus payant (15€)

Equipe au top. Très bon accueil. Bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Après hôtel vieillot, moquette qui sent les pieds j'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Accessibilité du parking de l'hôtel à revoir, j'ai du faire 3 fois le tour du pâté de maisons pour pouvoir y accéder .

Merci à Guillaume qui a tout fait pour rattraper le niveau de l'hôtel ! Si nous ne mettons pas 1 étoile c'est uniquement grâce à lui. À notre arrivée : sur le drap, en plein milieu : un coup de feutre , impossible de ne pas le voir et pourtant, le drap a été laissé. La chasse d'eau des toilettes fuit. On l'indique à la jeune femme dès notre arrivée vendredi soir. Rien ne se passe ! La chambre 401 est minuscule. Je souhaite joindre l'accueil, le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas ! La nuit, on entend l'ascenseur, insupportable. Heureusement la literie est très confortable, 5 étoiles pour la literie. 2 nuits , 2 chambres car on venait à Clermont-Ferrand avec un couplé d'amis. On demande une chambre avec baignoire et la 401 a une douche vieillotte... ça s'accumule. On demande une place de parking " on ne réserve pas " Dimanche matin on arrive au petit-déjeuner à 9h20 : plus de pain, plus de brioche. Heureusement, Guillaume est parti acheter du pain et de la brioche aux pralines MERCI à lui et avant notre départ il nous a offert une boisson fraîche de notre choix. Adorable. Mais l'expérience nous déçoit et la jeune fille de vendredi soir n'a été ni professionnelle ni réactive.

During my stay, I encountered a serious issue at checkout. I was overcharged due to being billed for four days of parking instead of one. I raised this immediately at reception, and a staff member acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected. Despite this, several weeks have passed and no refund has been processed. I have also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by phone, but was repeatedly told to call back due to lack of English-speaking staff. This is not acceptable, especially when resolving an error made by the hotel itself. Overall, while the room and facilities were fine, the handling of this issue has been very disappointing. Lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to resolve a clear overcharge significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the after-service and customer support.

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday. Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the fitness room. However, I wasn’t able to use it, as it closes at 8 PM. Unfortunately, the operating hours of the fitness room were not mentioned anywhere on the booking page, which I find misleading. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel with more suitable gym hours. By the time I realized, it was already too late to cancel my booking. Overall, this was very disappointing.

Parfait séjour, digne du Radisson !

Out of the area hotels their breakfast is the best. For some like us a good meal to start the day is essential.

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et très confortable. Personnel accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel dans lesquel je dors à chacun de mes visites sur Clermont Ferrand
