Ketjunhotellin perussiisti perushuone. Hintaansa nähden kuitenkin vähän muovinen. Itse Bergamossa ei yhtä yötä kauemmin kannata tuhlata aikaa.

위치는 좋으나, 주차장은 옆에 공용주차장 사용하고, 수건도 좀 부족하게 주네요..

The hotel room was nice and clean. Disappointing that there were paper cups and wooden stirrers in the room, not real mugs and spoons!

On April 12th, I was celebrating my birthday and decided to book a higher-standard room for the occasion. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that the room was not properly prepared – there was standing water in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. At the reception, I was informed that I could use the minibar, but it turned out to be incomplete and not fully stocked. Considering it was my birthday, I didn’t want to waste time dealing with these issues, so I asked for a different room. When I reported the problems at the reception, I was met with arrogant behavior from the staff, who said that it was not their problem. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing – everything was dirty, which completely took away my appetite. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either).

fantastic room and amazing staff

Very convenient location. 3min walk from train station. Pretty good breakfast, omelet, sausage, bacon, many desserts. Room was pretty spacious, bathroom the same. Nice shower.

24°C in camera a marzo, sveglia alle 6:50 perché le tende non coprivano completamente la finestra ad arco, aspirapolvere passato in camera a fianco alle 7:30, ricevuta emessa con importo errato e sono ancora in attesa di avere via mail quella corretta per nota spese. Il resto, bene.

Cama confortável, quarto limpo e casa de banho espaçosa. Excelente pequeno almoço. Muito conveniente, com acessos rápidos, quer ao aeroporto, quer à cidade e até às cidades próximas.

Hotel is in a great location relative to the train station. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was disappointing with the toilet seat broken, faucet handle completely came off and no towels in the room.

Amazing stat from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, so easy to get to and central to bus and train connections. The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly receptionists - they even gave us a list of recommended hotels for dinner that night based on what we fancied. The rooms were so lovely though sound from corridors from others' conversations were quite loud but didn't bother us too much as it stopped pretty quickly. The beds were noisy/squeaky but super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean, rooms were modern and it was a very pleasant stay. We requested a breakfast box for one day as we couldn't have breakfast due to an excursion/early start - they sorted this for us perfectly and it was really well equipped - lasted us a long time. The breakfast buffet was also really good I was pleasantly surprised - the eating area was peaceful and nice to eat in. Finally on our last day the receptionist gave us great advice to go to the very first bus stop to get the bus to the airport so we don't miss it and it worked out perfectly! We have stayed at this hotel at least six times but feel standards have slipped. A feeling of being understaffed and maintaince neglected. E.g. one of the lifts was out of order for a week. First room allocated the inside door handle dropped off So we had to he moved although receptoon knew about the problem. Other things noted. A pity because the hotel position is excellent for visitors to the beautiful city, but may choose a diffent hotel next time.

Um hotel muito bom. Superou minhas expectativas. Desde o pessoal do atendimento ao café da manhã, tudo ótimo. Boa localização. Perfeito.
