We have stayed at this hotel at least six times but feel standards have slipped. A feeling of being understaffed and maintaince neglected. E.g. one of the lifts was out of order for a week. First room allocated the inside door handle dropped off So we had to he moved although receptoon knew about the problem. Other things noted. A pity because the hotel position is excellent for visitors to the beautiful city, but may choose a diffent hotel next time.

Um hotel muito bom. Superou minhas expectativas. Desde o pessoal do atendimento ao café da manhã, tudo ótimo. Boa localização. Perfeito.

La prima sera ci hanno dato una camera con 2 finestre ad un piano rialzato ed era fredda e si percepivano i rumori e voci dalla strada come se fossero dentro la camera. All'indomani mattina abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera e gentilmente si sono prodigati per accontentarci. Ci hanno dato una camera al seconda piano con il riscaldamento funzionante alla perfezione e per scusarsi dell'inconveniente ci hanno offerto gratuitamente le consumazioni del mini bar. Camera e bagno puliti, personale cortese! Lo consiglio ma non fatevi dare la stanza numero 002!

Great room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff!

Good location near the station although lots of people hanging around the area after dark. There was only one lift working and the wi fi was also interrupted.

Leider kann ich für den Service des Hotels keine gute Bewertung abgeben. 25 Minuten Wartezeit beim Check out. Keine Antwort auf 2 Mails mit einer Beschwerte. Das Zimmer im obersten Stock war von einer Mauer umgeben so dass man nur die Mauer der Außenfassade sah.

Reception claim my stay was not paid when I check in. Manage to show they my receipt from Expedia which indicate already paid with my credit card. They took some time to recheck and confirmed. Should had checked carefully and avoid should Misunderstanding.

The location was superb. The staff were very friendly. Overall it was a great base to explore the city.

For the price this is a good hotel and the location is great. Cleaning staff are fine. Front desk -- good but when a couple staying for 4 nights asked for more hangers (as there were only 6 in the room) the response was "I will see if we have some in the hotel" -- we never got any more hangers! What was really unexpected was breakfast -- most hotels can figure out how to do a buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast room was chaotic with a staff that seems oblivious. More than once there were no plates or no utensils in the buffet area. There were tables that needed to be cleared (as the room is full and people are looking to find a seat). And the arrangement -- yogurts in a corner squeezed in near the coffee machine and the hot food -- so that you couldn't get to it. Only one coffee machine (one morning I was in the line for 8 minutes as 10 people were in line to get coffee). I could go on but the point is that the breakfast room has to operate better. It gets the day off to a bad start to encounter such disorder.

The hotel is centrally placed for the airport, buses and station, the rooms are spacious, but looking dated. However the hotel really fell down o breakfast, we stayed six nights and for four of those there was only one coffee machine working leading to long queues and on o e day both machines were broken. The jitchen didn’t seem to understand rhat as it.was Grand Prix weekend the hotel was super busy and they had run put of bread, yoghurts abd had virtually no hot food available on one day. The lady running the front of house was amazing and tried to keep on top of everything but she was badly let down by everyone else and in all honestly the breakfast issue means I'd be very unlikely to stay there again as €11.50 per peraon for brwakfast was wasted
