一見オシャレでキレイなホテルですが、なかやかどうして使いづらい…3つの蛇口でどうしたら良いか最後まで分からないし、全体的に足りないものないのですが、申し訳ないですが全てが使いづらかった…部屋に忘れ物をした件、期待はしてませんでしたが、問い合わせのメールにも返信もなく残念

Très cher pour un 4 étoiles qui n’en est pas un ! Et la chambre n’a pas été faite, alors que nous l’avions quittée à 14.00 et mis le panneau « clean the room ». On est rentré à 19.00 et rien n’avait été fait ! Un désastre cet hôtel qui mériterait d’être totalement rénové ! Ils ne méritent pas leurs 4 étoiles !! E éviter !

Enjoyed the stay, housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Room was older style, a bit tired but clean with small balcony to street. Traditional area was nice. Would stay again.

We loved our short stay at Hotel Zenit! The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient but quiet, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s the top of our list for the next time we’re in the city!

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms would benefit from a refresh/updating, but pretty clean except a few hairs in the bathroom, otherwise comfortable night sleep and does the job for conference stay.

Everything was great but size. A bit surprised for the price how tight it was.

Friendly service and comfortable hotel. This hotel was in the perfect location. It was not a busy street but only 1-2 blocks from great restaurants. There was also a tapas bar across the street and a little supermarket where we bought necessities. Breakfast was also good. I have to mention the front desk employee, Francisco was the best! He was so attentive and friendly. We had an issue with the AC of the first room and he changed our room and made sure the issue was resolved and fixed. If I can give him 10 stars I would.

Hotel très cher pour petite chambre, matelas peu comfortable, minibar avec juste 2 petites bouteille d eau plastique payante 2,30 euros. Propreté ok.

Caro por lo que ofrecen. En algun aspecto para renovar. EL garaje es minisculo. El resto normal.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis für das gebotene zu hoch. Frühstück eher einfach. Insgesamt aber dennoch in Ordnung.

Excelente, la habitacion muy amplia, limpia y silenciosa. Con todo tipo de comodidades, como secador de pelo, cepillos de dientes, gel, champú, acondicionadores y hasta crema corporal. Precios muy competitivos en relacion a la zona y categoría, cerca de Barcelona Sants… Definitivamente volveré

I stayed 5 days on a business trip, the hotel was confortable the room looked maybe a bit smaller compared to the pictures. Overall everything fine, they should unclog all the pipings in the bathroom cos clearly there was a problem there a part from that it was ok, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing.

Hotel central, mais sites à visiter un peu éloignés, heureusement metro proche ! Insonorisation légère, mais nuit calme de minuit à 6 h 30. Petit dejeuner pourrait être mieux, viennoiseries sèches

El hotel, en general, bien. Encontré a faltar deficiencias en el mantenimiento del cuarto de baño; la grifería no funcionaba bien (se ve antigua), los desagües del lavabo, algo atascados y se desmontaban, y luego no habia forma de ponerlos en su sitio de nuevo.

Nice hotel, great staff, great location!

This hotel was had everything that I needed for a short work stay. The room was small but comfortable, cleaned everyday, had courtesy toothbrush, tissues, shower cap which some hotels stopped providing. I’ll definitely be back.
