台風で飛行機がキャンセルしたときに大きいショッピングモールの近くだったので3日間予約しました。 部屋は古さを感じましたが清潔で料金も高くないので良いホテルでした。スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、また0歳、2歳児が宿泊したのですが、ベビーバス、椅子、バウンサー、ベビーソープまで無料で貸して下さり、子供用のパジャマ歯ブラシもあり、子供は大喜びでした。 プールはどちらかと言うと子供用プールですね。大人が泳げる感じではないです。バスタオルも用意されており良かったです。 ここのホテルは台風料金の設定があり、旅行代理店で取るより半額で泊まれました。 また、2歳の幼児は料金に含まれないとの事でしたが、旅行代理店では料金が取られて食事代も設定されており、後日差額の返金交渉をしたところお断りされてしまいました。 この件だけがとても残念でした。

This hotel is on the older side. You get the 90’s hotel resort feeling. However, the hotel cleanliness is superb! They have free amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hair ties, face masks, slippers, so don’t worry about packing any of this stuff! The hotel restaurant prices are super reasonable and the food was amazing, big portions, delicious,

연식이 있는거 치곤 깔끔하고 주차장도 넓고 좋았어요

Hotel is very clean. The rooms arw out dated. Hotel is surrounded by neighborhoods. Very safe but nothing close to walk to.

エアコンの設備の故障で冷房が効かないとの事で近くのホテルを勧められそのホテルに宿泊しました。迅速な対応で、しかも朝食を付けて下さりとても快適に滞在する事ができました。 台風接近と重なりスタッフの皆さん大変だったと思いますがとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。

空調が壊れて部屋が暑かった！ そもそも部屋の空調が壊れてるのも連絡なかった。 暑くておかしいと思いフロントに確認したら故障との回答があった！

산위에 있는것 말고는 가성비가 좋아요~ 이온몰 접근성은 좋음

部屋の匂いが気になりました。 カビ臭さでしょか。 別室の主人と息子は気にならなかったとのことです。 朝食は申し分なく美味しかったです。

アメニティーが選べて種類沢山 駄菓子サービスも子供が喜んでました 売店があり購入したかったけど バイキングレストランの受付案内で待って下さい言われ長い間待たされました

予算から考えても必要十分でした。スタッフさんの対応が非常にしっかりしていて良かったです。

Very satisfied overall. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly—honestly the friendliest staff I experienced during my two weeks in Okinawa. Their service made the stay even better. Spacious lobby, well-maintained elevators, and clean, fairly large rooms. The view was not great, but the hotel itself is large and has good facilities, including a gym and a big indoor pool in the basement. The pool is a little old, but very spacious and great for children, with many play items available. No inconvenience at all. Breakfast area was large and clean, with a wide variety of food. I especially loved the different ice cream flavors. There was also an amenity area in the lobby with snacks and gum for children. My child loved stopping by to pick something each time. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff’s kindness was the highlight for me.

浴室のカーテンが非常に臭かった。 洗面台の水はちょろちょろ、お湯はざーざーで、バランスが悪いため、火傷の可能性がある。 朝食の場所が２階で、かなり手狭でしたね。

Buffet was great. Property was convenient to visit relatives.

太晚到，停車場要走快5分鐘
