Dated. Strong musty smell on arrival. Black mold in AC unit. Disgusting. Made a complaint, came by at 9 PM to clean, no room changes allowed (!?!). Weird shower floor, black mold in the corners. Had to buy flip flops! Paid for half board, very basic foods and overcooked meat overall. Shows every night so noisy until 11 PM. Paper thin walls, can perfectly hear your neighbors. Location is good and staff friendly.

Nice clean rooms and staff always helpful. Good variety of food and always hot. Good entertainment through the day

Les 3 derniers jours sur une semaine . 1 la chambre non balayée 2 La douche non nettoyée avec du sable de la veille 3eme jour la chambre n'est pas faite .En revenant de la plage à 18 h nous sommes allés le signaler à la reception on nous a répondu qu'il fallait le signaler avant midi et qu'il n'y avait plus personne pour faire la chambre après 16h

Leider war das Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand. Die Reinigung des Zimmers lies ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach Reinigung fleckig und teilweise schmutzig. Extrem positiv ist das Personal im Restaurant zu erwähnen. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!

Hotel consigliato

Room was clean and modern. Air con didn’t work very well but we never got round to telling them. Rained A LOT when we were there and that affected the lifts sometimes I think. Last day water wasn’t working as we left. Location great, 5 mins from bars/restaurants and beach.

Så härligt hotell, trevlig personal och en riktigt bra frukost.

Gymet var bra och maten rummen lite slitna och dålig städning

Best staff you could ask for do anything for you hotel is lovely rooms is very clean best swimming pool that l have been in at hotel love the big leather double beds for sun lounger’s everything is at your feet at hotel bus stop right out side hotel from airport it’s only 4 euros right to your hotel there’s spar over the road to you couldn’t ask for better hotel l say 9-10

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich ! Essen gute Auswahl. Zimmer groß und sauber! Ein Gläschen Sekt zum Frühstück wäre nicht schlecht.

Bott på Caserio en gång förut. Frukost och middag bara ok-smaklöst och oangagerat. Stora problemet är hissarna…två hissar på 170 rum-långa väntetider.. Rena o snygga rum! Väldigt bra städning!
