Abbiamo lasciato la macchina al posto auto dell'hotel e le chiavi alla reception. Mentre eravamo fuori l'addetto al parcheggio ha spostato l'auto in sosta vietata e dopo qualche giorno abbiamo ricevuto una multa di 260 euro. L'hotel non vuole pagare e non risponde alle email nostre e di Expedia. Penso che Expedia debba troncare i rapporti con questo hotel truffatore. Non andate all'Hotel de Sers , ci sono molti altri hotel molto migliori nei dintorni che non imbrogliano i clienti. Noi abbiamo denunciato l'hotel per ottenere il risarcimento. Evitate questo albergo !

EL HOTEL ESTÁ EN REMODELACIÓN, HAY UN RUIDO TERRIBLE DESDE ANTES DE LAS 8 AM. El hotel está bello, los cuartos amplios, bien iluminados y limpios. La cama y ropa de cama están deliciosos. Está super bien ubicado. Sin embargo está. En reparación y empiezan a trabajar desde antes de las 8 am. No los avisaron esto con anticipación. Si estás pensando en dormir rico y hasta tarde, no es una buena opción.

We loved our stay. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The room was spotless and really well appointed. The bed and linens were super comfortable and the location was in a fantastic location.

Location was good. Right by the Champs-Elysees. People and staff are friendly and nice.

Shower is bad and difficult to handle

Amazing hotel, perfectly located, great staff. Food could improve a little bit but only if you are very picky and the gym is kind of small but those are the only minor details.

Absolutely beautiful Hotel with views of the tower, would 100% recommend xx

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and stuff!!! First we were at the 4th floor, and I was upset about the room, because it was tiny, not comfortable, and very tired. The next morning we didn’t have a hot water, I asked about that at the reception, and, fortunately, we were moved to the 7th floor. Absolutely different experience! Such an amazing room, beautiful, comfortable, with the nice view and terrace. So appreciate for the upgrade! All stuff was extremely nice and helpful. I would say I never ever met the same. It’s a big treasure for the owner, keep your team safe, they do all the job!

One of my booked room’s shower area has no cover and hence water all spills out while taking bath and hence making toilet floor all wet. Other than that, its a really great hotel with very friendly staffs

Rooms are small, towels are flimsy , not white anymore . Cheap finishes . Definitely not a 5 star hotel

The hotel is perfect . Is clean, new , elegant, quiet but in the center of everything in paris . Is just a dream hotel . Staff is very nice and always helping . Early checking ect

This should never be rated 5 star hotel . The only thing is up to rate is a lobby area. I would never stay here again.
