During our first visit to Mazatlan we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were outdated but clean. Obvious wear and tear given the humidity and elements. Our first room smelled terrible and was dingy but upon request the hotel promptly moved us to a room in much better condition. The staff were nice and helpful. The pool and view of the ocean were great. The massage station in the lobby was awesome. All in all it was a nice stay.

El personal muy atento en recepción y el vallet parking, pero más instaciones del hotel quedan muy cortas, la habitación que nos asignaron pésima, el internet no funcionó, el baño tenía una tapa del drenaje mal puesta y salía el olor horrible a drenaje, habia cucarachas en la cocineta, los apagadores por sin ningún lado incómodo apagar las luces en mi opinión no volvería a hospedarme aquí

I really like the atmosphere

We were bitten by bedbugs this weekend. We looked for them in the bed and there they were. The itching, burning, and swelling were terrible. The manager didn't even say good afternoon, much less offer an apology. They thought changing rooms would be fine, but they still had bedbugs, even though they were the best ones.

We had to cancel 3 days before our stay due to an emergency surgery and the hotel would not refund or give a credit bc it was their busy season.

Le falta algo de mantenimiento pero está en buena zona

Hotel centrico pero de lo mas viejo y descuidado, habitaciones con cucarachas y los colchones rotos. Se escucha hasta el ronquido de los huéspedes de las habitaciones vecinas. Lo reservé por 3 dias y lo tuve que dejar después de la primer noche de terror.

Me gisto el servicio del personal

WiFi didn’t work the first day. After it barely worked. They started construction on the patio and didn’t mention. A/C worked great. Know Spanish if not you’re lost. Bell boys coo.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The only inconvenience the wifi was not working properly at the tv and the dryer box fell down. The fixed the dryer box.

Friendly staff, some bartenders are awesome, others are ok, housekeeping are awesome, very attentive. Everyone in the buffet are awesome. Receptionists need more training . And that whole system about checking out towels for that pool and returning it needs to change to easy access to towels.
