Expensive Hotel but Overall amazing one. We loved it.

Amazing staff can not thank enough few people we get to know Aysenur,Akaan,Mustafa,Cigdem,Mehinov guys I hope I spelled your names correctly my apologies in advance if I misspelled any ones name. Thses are the few but honestly all staff members are amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food breakfast lunch dinner buffet. Great outdoor pools both for kids and adults beach is amazing too. The only issue we had was hotel airconditiong and heating operates based on winter and summer. We were there end of march still heating system was on and we couldnt have airconditiong on therefore we had to open door which with all the noise it was difficult to get good night rest. We highly recommend this hotel especially if you have a big group or as couples.

Great stay. Really enjoyed our time. Nice kids club and kids pool with slides. The only issue was the chlorine in the kids pool one day was too much. They did fix this in the afternoon but we saw them check chlorine levels in the morning so not sure why it was missed. The Lara area is quite noisy as all hotels have outside theatres. One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war an sich sehr schön, leider ab und zu etwas zu laut aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen, der Außenbereich ist mit Abstand der schönste und die Grünanlage sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist perfekt, die Liegen sind aufgelockert und gemütlich. Die Verpflegung war reichhaltig und man war rundum versorgt. Die Pools waren etwas kalt aber, einmal drinnen dann gehts. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht.

Wir haben als Paar die Unterkunft besucht und es war nein erster All inklusive Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht weiterzuempfehlen. Der Service war Klasse, sehr authentisch, zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Die Betten sind hervorragend, sehr gemütlich, vor allem die Matratzen besitzen eine hohe Qualität, ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Noch ein Punkt ist sehr lobenswert hervorzuheben, da ich von zu Hause die türkische Küche sehr gut kenne, kann ich für das Essenangebot und des Geschmacks volle 5 Sterne geben. Das Essen ist nach türkischer Art sehr authentisch und qualitativ gut vorbereitet, es gibt neben vielen Fleisch- und Fischgerichten sowohl vegetarisches als auch veganes Angebot. Es ist alles gut beschriftet, sodass man alles gut unterscheiden kann. Als letzten Punkt muss ich die bade und Saunalandschaft loben, es gibt eine Dampfsauna, Trockensauna und ein Hamam. Alle drei Räume sind sehr groß und bieten für jeden genug Platz. Die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich ist vorbildlich. Wir waren Ende März da und sind direkt nach dem Saunieren 3-5 min zu Fuß ans Meer gelaufen, die frische Luft hat etwas vorgekühlt und anschließend ins Wasser gesprungen, das Wasser hatte 17-18°C. Rundum ein sehr erholsamer, schmackhafter und sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Danke liebes Concordia De Lux Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Excellent food choices and great location.

I came with my family including two young children and the services provided was excellent. There were activities and shows throughout the day and evening to keep the children entertained. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel made sure we were comfortable

The food choice could be better, especially the fruit options could be improved.

Hatte mit meiner Familie erholsame Ferien. Die Hotelanlage ist gross und gepflegt. Poolbereich, Strand und Steg alles schön. Fitnesscenter und Spa-Bereich auch mit hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Essen ist geschmackvoll und die Auswahl abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und helfen gerne. Kleine Kritik zum Frühstück. Es hat keine Schokomilch

Temizlik iyiydi,oda konforu iyiydi, açık büfe restoran ve snack barlar lezzetliydi.Biz Nisan ayında gittik.Yaz sezonu hakkında bilgi sahibi değiliz.

Gayet güzel bir konaklamaydı. Çalışanlar gayet güzelyüzlü, yemekler lezzetli ve zengin . Odalar şık ve temizdi.

We like this place very much. Staff is always ready to welcome and please you with asmile. I want to mention some of the staff we saw every day. Reseption area Mehmet, Rahman. Customer servise Ayla ve Hülya, Öp mngr Hüseyin Göz, ıcecream stand Sevim, Asian restaurant Zeynep ve İnci, Le Buffet All waiters and waitresses , They were all great they were trained well and they loved their jobs to please customers.

The hotel facilities are really good and clean. Most staff speak a good level of English and the food is of very good quality and variety with menus alternating everyday. Location is really good with walking distances to the local shopping bazaars and bus stop outside the hotel. A few critiques I had were that the AC was not in use in the hotel due to season (April-25) but it was still hotel so we struggled to sleep, bed size and quality was quite bad, again struggled to sleep and a lot of the included food stalls in the hotel are open for a couple of hours a day (but this was not a big problem as we were not in the hotel during these times and the main Buffett was of a very good quality). If the above were addressed I would come stay here again. Overall happy with the stay but the sleep was not the best
