Ideal location. Great size. OK views

Convenient location, friendly staff and smooth check in.

Property is very central which is good. They didn't give me the wine bottle I had been promised and when I called tried to suggest it wasn't applicable. When I explained it was due to me through my Expedia booking they said they would call back and never did.

The girl at the desk was nice. The room was ok could have used more blankets and face cloths. Also it could use some essentials like salt pepper etc. we had to buy it and leave it. It’s very loud at night.

Great location

Walking distance from train station, nearby shopping mall and very close to an Asian supermarket that has anything from Japan, South Korea, and China. They also have all kinds of rice, maybe Thai rice too. Great location.

The room was a bit shabby & stale smelling. The cleaning was passable. The noise was constant & from 4am ramped up with deliveries etc.

It’s too noisy because me to food market. I can’t sleep for the whole night.

Very basic facilities, cheap and uninspiring decor. Bed was comfortable but rooms were a little dowdy and plain. Kitchen had very basic and cheap appliances and the refreshments were also cheap brands. Bathroom again basic fittings and looked like something in a cheap council house. I wouldn't mind but this stay wasn't particularly cheap I've stayed in much more luxurious apartments in Birmingham for less than this one cost.

Central location for anywhere in centre. 10 min walk from New Street Station

Decent apartment, slightly dated and tatty in places but generally good. Had a slight issue with the door key sticking in the lock, could do with upgrading to key cards instead of traditional metal keys.

I would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t get Netflix to work but that’s the only issue I had. Staff very helpful

Very good value. Comfy bed and all we could need in the way of facilities, including a bath. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and loads of hot water. Very quiet - we had a good night's sleep. A bit bland, with lots of magnolia paint - a few pictures would cheer the apartments up and make them more homely. Fairly central, opposite the indoor market and NTback to backs, but not the nicest part of the city. All in all, would recommend.

The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding.

A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the firemen given the clear to enter again.
