This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. The staff was all kind and considerate and very friendly with our toddler! Would highly recommend!

Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale , vicino al Casinò e alle terme . Camere pulite e carine , hotel molto silenzioso ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentilissimo e presente , colazione fantastica e buon ristorante. Per essere un 3 stelle é molto meglio di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato .

Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The air con unit was full of dust, I doubt it had been serviced for years and barely worked the first night and on the second night it didn’t work at all, I got no sleep as I was so hot. On the positive side the location is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the lady who worked in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.

Rezeption war super freundlich und das Einchecken sehr unkompliziert. Hauptkritikpunkt ist der Zustand der Unterkunft. Zimmerkarte funktioniert nicht, Schlüssel an der Tür ging nicht immer gut, alles ist am Verfallen. Fenster im Bad konnte nicht geschlossen werden, es regnete in das Bad und man konnte nichts machen. Schimmelbefall im Bad. Gleichzeitig wirbt die Unterkunft mit ihrer 8.8 draussen, naja. Interior ist überdurchschnittlich, sogar eine Fuss-Wanne ist vorhanden und Dusche super und relativ viel Platz vorhanden.

Molto gentili, ci hanno consigliato dove mangiare e al nostro check out mi hanno chiamato dicendomi di aver dimenticato una camicia, che mi spediranno appena riescono.. Colazione eccellente e tutti molto gentili

Tutto quello che dovrebbe avere un hotel 3* oltre al personale cordiale e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo "non ci può aspettare di meglio"

Personale molto gentile. Buona posizione. Camera in brutte condizioni (tappezzeria rovinata, porta del bagno rotta, ecc), bagno non molto pulito (WC compreso), parcheggio in loco piccolo

Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures.

Camera singola apprezzabile, bagno ok. Piccolo particolare tra 29 e 30 gradi in camera giorno e notte e aria condizionata inesistente e/o non funzionante. Impossibile dormire se non aprendo completamente la finestra sperando non entrino zanzare e insetti vari.

Molto bella, spaziosa e pulita la camera. Personale e staff: gentile e disponibile.
