Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Room was hot abd bed was dirty sheets

i went there to relax paid soo much money to have awful experience couldn’t sleep all night sooo much noise and outside too many drunk people making noise 2 o clock i went downstairs and ask the staff he said he can only offer me earplugs he can’t do anything much about it .wake up and complain again this not a good hotel if you want to relax it’s like you pay for worse experience .

Clean room and friendly staff.

We live staying at this hotel, and have done several times so we know every room virtually. Room wasn’t clean this time, it smelt fusty and there was a hair slide on the floor - whe. Was the last vacuum conducted. The lovely family (noisy) across the landing thought it a good idea to dump all their dirty plates and glasses outside room - bless them. That mess was still there the following morning despite cleaners transiting past. The flusher in the toilet is fire, stated it before the hotel requires a plumbing team in to sort that out.

2nd stay , love this place , will definitely return

Simple outdated rooms. Bathroom was not very clean. Showering inside a bathtub, is not of this time, with a shower gurtain. Also not possible to get really hot water inside the shower. bed hard, and not most comfortable. stains on carpet. Overall: not that good

Everything as expected!

The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. Profrssional service,warm welcome by personel, sequrity guard on place making our visit unique wonderful. Recomand that place to any one.

Quite basic hotel but does the job

Very good nights sleep.

Group booking issues with 2 rooms one had only boiling hot water in the shower the other freezing cold. Notified receptionist after first night of two - apathetic response ‘we report it but no one is in’ no apology no follow up 2 night stay no useable shower. Minor issue VIP booking no guests offered the 20% off food/drink….service continues to deteriorate. I mentioned following the 2 complaints on check out ‘Adna’ followed suit no apology barely an acknowledgement…..

Room was clean and comfirtable. Clise to station and shopping centre. Sraff were attentive when needed. Hotel was bright and reallynice.

AC noisy. Room noisy. Can't fault staff as service great.

Good experience all round, from check-in to helpful tips on where to go, etc. Professional staff as well as very friendly. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with an amazing selection.

Amazing staff on check in, so friendly and helpful, made a change from other hotel experiences I’ve had recently. The rest of the stay and room was good, I’ll be back based on your teams warm welcome.
