Pullman Old Town is a charming hotel in an ideal location, perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with excellent service each morning. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect.

Disappointing Stay My recent stay at the Pullman Riga hotel was far from enjoyable. The staff were consistently rude and inattentive—requests were ignored, and there was a noticeable lack of basic hospitality. The room was poorly designed and just odd. The layout felt impractical, with awkward furniture placement and insufficient storage. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. To make matters worse, the breakfast was cold and unappetizing. The selection was limited, and the food seemed to have been sitting out for far too long. Overall, I would not rece.

Amazing breakfast

Yövyimme Pullman Rigassa 3 yötä. Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla, tyylikäs ja rauhallinen. Huone oli siisti ja uusittu, ilmastointi toimiva ja sänky + tyynyt omaan makuumme loistavat. Aamupala ja listalta tilattavat annokset täydellisiä, aamupalaa voin lämpimästi suositella. Hotellin ravintola oli myös loistava ja henkilökunta saa jokaisesta kohtaamisesta täyden 10. Hotellin remontti oli saatu valmiiksi, ilmeisesti jotain pieniä korjauksia vielä oli mutta nämä eivät vierailuun vaikuttaneet. Allergikkona en saanut oireita vierailuni aikana ollenkaan, puhdasta ja siistiä! Vierailemme varmasti uudelleen!

Allt var bra förutom att de drog om kablar för wifi så att internet var oåtkomligt stora delar av tiden, dålig info om när internet skulle vara oåtkomligt.

Really a nice Hotel in the heart of Riga. Excellent services and staff. Breakfast is also good though I'd suggest a few improvements, ie a broader selection of jams and croassaints. The hotel is located in a restricted access area for cars, so if you're getting there with yours or rented, you'll need to park at a distance and then walk to the Hotel with your luggages.

Really glad we chose this hotel. It was in a central location, close to everything. The breakfast had enough variety for a three night stay and not feel repetitive. They accommodated us when we asked to change our room the second day, due to a strong odor of paint since the hotel is going through a renovation. They also helped us with a later checkout. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay!!

Nice hotel in the outer side of old riga. Nice and not directly in the center of bar and pubs (quiet), but stil in old riga and walking distance to everything. Very nice breakfeast buffet with special ala carte options Wouldt use again? Yes!

Due to Renovation on the Building our stay was not as expected: Drilling during Breakfast / Penetrating Paint/Glue smell in the whole building and worse in our hotelroom, we couldn't sleep of this smell! Only the next evening we got another room/ Messy and Dirty because of the renovation activities. In my opinion they better close down the hotel during Renovation. Breakfast was okay but could be better. Housekeeping was okay but could be better. Beds were very comfortable. TV was great! Layout of the rooms could be better (inefficient square meters)

Hotell was very nice and we have good time.

Väldigt bra personal, men renovering av hotellet pågick medan vi bodde där (vilket vi inte var medvetna om). Fint och rymligt rum, men det var endast separerat från rummet bredvid med en låst dörr så det var väldigt lyhört. Frukosten mellan 7-9 var jättebra, men om man åt senare än det var det väldigt utplockat och stressig miljö (frukosten var öppen till kl 11)

Amazing location, amazing hotel. Really impressed. The spa is small but great. Highly recommend.
