The town was quaint. The hotel was clean and mostly updated. The Geothermal pool was my favorite part. The stay at this hotel could’ve been better if the beds were comfortable. The mattresses were hard and similar to military dorm beds. I’m hoping with the new reservations that was happening while I was there that would be one of the things this hotel would update. The front desk staff was personable and full of knowledge as far as where to explore in the area.

Excelente para ver auroras boreales (está como a 50 min de Reykiavik) amplias habitaciones y el desayuno bien.

Morgunverðurinn sem var innifalinn var frkar slappur. Hrærðu eggin voru gjörsamlega óæt, þurr og brymsölt.

Plenty of parking and easy to access the hotel.

The room and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, food was good, the hotel was accessible. The amenities (pool and sauna) were poorly maintained. The sauna smelled moldy and was dripping quite a bit.

Stayed here the night before a morning flight out from KEF. Plenty of parking on site, shops & restaurants across the street. Filled the tank at gas station next to hotel before heading out. Super convenient. Short walk to thermal bath. Had dinner at hotel restaurant, food was good. Room was clean & spacious. It would be great if we could spend more days here to explore the various trails and use the hotel pools and other amenities.

Hotel in una buona posizione (ben collegato alle principali attrazioni e non lontano dalla capitale) con servizi eccellenti: piscina riscaldata (con scivoli e jacuzzi), sala giochi e sala lettura, parcheggio e ricca e varia colazione. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con un drink di benvenuto (a ascella, vino, birra o soda) ed un servizio impeccabile. La struttura non è recente, ma ben ristrutturata. Le camere solo spaziose, ben arredate e molto pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Super consigliato!
