The staff was wonderful and the place was nice.

Quarto podia ser um pouco maior, com as malas fica apertado. Mas tudo muito limpo, toalhas e lençóis bons. Café da manhã muito bom, com muitas opções de frutas, sucos, pães e frios. Excelente localização, pertissimo dos principais pontos turísticos.

Hotel en muy mal estado, colchon de la peor calidad he incomodo, la caja fuerte obsoleta, las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en realidad

El hotel es totalmente diferente a las imágenes que muestra, los ascensores son diminutos, cabe solo una persona ademas de que son muy viejos, los pasillos se ven descuidados, el techo se estaba cayendo por la humedad, al entrar a la habitación nos percatamos que era demasiado pequeña, a penas se podia caminar, olía feo, se escuchaban todos los ruidos y conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas y el pasillo, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, al colchón se le escuchaban los resortes y era bastante incomodo, al igual que las almohadas. Me parece que es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta.

Great location, comfortable walk to most attractions. Well-equipped, reasonably clean, and a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom door design is an interesting choice The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Trevligt hotell. Bra och lagom frukost. Lite slitet på vissa ställen i jämförelse med svenska måttmätt. Låg väldigt bra och centralt.

Hotel muito bem localizado, estação de metro proxima. Café da manhã IMPECÁVEL. O unico problema que tive é que reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e o quarto tinha 1 cama de casal, e não teve como trocar pois o hotel estava lotado. Super recomendo.

The hotel is perfectly located for many of Madrid's popular visitor attractions and landmarks and was excellent value for the price. Almost every location, landmark and area we wanted to visit was within a 10-20 minute walk. And the stop for the airport express bus was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. Our room was clean and tidy and appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had a problem with a broken bed when we arrived, but this was resolved quickly and very much to our satisfaction with the staff going 'above and beyond'! The breakfast room, located on the 5th floor was tastefully decorated and furnished and the floor to ceiling windows provided spectacular views of the architectural splendor of the impressive buildings across the street. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious, fresh food to suit all tastes. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kept replenishing all the food options whilst clearing away the tables, so no waiting around. Check in and check out was hassle-free. Only negatives I can think of were that the corridors were in need of a bit of a refresh in terms of decorating. But were all kept clean and tidy. The two elevators are small, with room for max 4 people at a squeeze. But as there are only 12 floors we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value, given its prime location and breakfast room and food on offer
