La chambre était propre, climatisée, les équipements sont un peu datés mais le rapport qualité prix est bon

Air conditioning didn't work despite changing rooms, one unit did nothing and the other didn't cool the air and just blew normal air. Room was otherwise clean and acceptable

Bravo à la direction, clim en panne mais solution immédiate un bon ventilateur et la gratuité des petits déjeuner !!!!!. Bon contact, bonne literie et bon petit déjeuner Chapeau à cet hôtel qui a un vrai sens du service

Kamer veel te klein. Het bed maar van 1 kant in te stappen. Kleine badkamer, toilet spoelt niet voldoende door, moet j minimaal drie keer doen. Wasbak was ooit denk ik gevallen, bestond uit minstens 10 aan elkaar gelijmde onderdelen. Het ontbijt was eigenlijk het enige wat voldeed.

The room we had was very run down and had mould on the ceiling where there had been a leak of some sort. The climate control did not work in our room and with temperatures during our stay hitting 39 degrees, we had an awful night. To top it all, my wife had put our cool bag on the floor and when we woke up it was crawling with ants, it totally freaked my wife out. Unfortunately, none of the staff could speak English so it was pointless trying to complain. The only redeeming thing I could say was that the breakfast was ok. I would never stay here again.

Personnel très professionnel, chambre dans son jus aurait besoin de rafraîchissement, literie confortable mais le blanc étant très salissant ils étaient jaunieet le bemol c'est pas de restaurant lors de ma venue alors que sur le site c'était ouvert.....Même si il y a une solution de replue....

It was fine for the night, a basic hotel with a good breakfast, but the restaurant was fully booked, so may be best to reserve in advance. But the Bistro Regent just round the corner was good.

Arrivés avant la nuit, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire par une dame bienveillante qui nous a donné des indications pour le repas du soir, les centres d'intérêt de Saintes et la remise d'un plan détaillé. Petit déjeuner excellent et à volonté le matin après une nuit très calme et au chaud.

Grotty at best. A room that was like a dungeon. Noise from rooms above and pillows that lived their useful lives decades ago. Restaurant in evening with the most miserable waitress/receptionist ever. Theres a lovely restaurant next door, go there . Breakfast was a shock as it was actually the only decent thing. Left feeling grubby
